  I am extremely frustrated with this establishment. The customer service here is completely nonexistent. I was told my order was picked up and would be delivered immediately. Instead, it showed up a full hour late. To make matters worse, it was dropped off by a DoorDash driver. I did not order through DoorDash. If I wanted to use a third-party delivery service and deal with their delays, I would have used their app myself. Between the terrible communication, the massive delay, and outsourcing my delivery without permission, this was an awful experience. I will not be ordering from here again.

  I had a terrible experience with this location today. After tracking my order on the app, it showed as delivered, but no food was brought to my door. I called the restaurant to explain, and they suggested the DoorDash driver had stolen the food, promising to resend the order immediately. However, after waiting an additional 45 minutes, it became clear the food was not on its way. A quick look at recent reviews revealed this is a recurring issue for other customers too. I called back and asked for a full refund. As someone who just flew into the state after not eating all day, this level of service is completely unacceptable.

  Had an issue with a early delivery 2 day ahead and was trying to follow up when it didn't come on the day needed. Called the store as I was driving to try to get them to remake the order after not getting refunded. The young lady on the phone had the absolutely worst customer service skills and hung the phone up on me. When I got to the store to try and spend money with them, she was combative when asked why she hung up on me. When I asked for a manager, she said she was the manager and still offered no help other than to argue with me. She continued to argue as I was trying to talk to another employee. I will never do business with this place again. No professionalism and trash management if she is indeed the manager.

  Placed my order for pickup an hour ago and they said they don’t even see my order. Confirmed the location and now all of a sudden the order is just now showing up but my food hasn’t even been made yet. Y’all need to get it together
