  The staff here is always nice but I ordered a medium cheese pizza - pretty simple right? It got to my door and there’s no sauce… I triple checked my order to make sure I didn’t accidentally select the no sauce option but nope. Just no sauce.

  Pretty terrible. I called the phone number to order and I got sent to a person who told me they’re not taking orders over the phone. I have to get online. But then I got online and I waited forever with the spinning wheel of death. So I tried to call again and was told they were not taking orders over the phone. It’s a Sunday night at 8:00 PM. I guess they don’t want business. I’ve ordered from this place many many times. It’s really quite disappointing. From now on Domino’s it is.

  Today Papa John's really let me down. I haven't even tried the pizza but I ordered the ultimate cheese crust, and was told at pickup that they were out of it so all I got was a regular pepperoni pizza. If I wanted regular pepperoni pizza I would have probably gone somewhere else. This is not what I wanted. If you're out of an item, just take it off the online orders as well to avoid this.

  I've been ordering pizza from here every week for the last year. New general manager Keisha was very rude and unhelpful today . Will not be eating papa johns again . I would rather spend my money somewhere else.
