  Aug.15, 2026, 11:13am. A Horribly Rude, "man", Handled my call. I called to let them know that I ordered from the wrong location, so that they could cancel the order. He says: "Okay" And just hung up in my Face! 😲 I wasn't sure if he pulled up the correct order or not, because I needed it to be refunded... So, I called back and gave him my name. He yells to the person making pizzas: "Hey you don't worry about making those..." Then, just hung up in my face, again! 😲 I called back, because I had no idea why he was so angry. And I wanted to get a confirmation of the Cancelation, etc. He didn't pickup, anymore... 🤦🏽‍♀️ I don't know who he is, but he should be UnEmployed. I read another review where someone says a "man" was extremely rude, as soon as they picked up the phone. It's probably the same "man". Bad for the Brand...

  This is the worst PJ's I've ever experienced! Unfortunately, it's the one closest to my home and I needed to use my PJ points before expiry. I only order here 1-2 a yr because it's so bad, but I don't want my points to be lost that I earn from several group orders I place from another location that I am near only in the summer time. The low rating on Google for this story should be -1.0. I take a change to order from here, because I always hope it's a new owner and/or better staff on the rare occasions I do order from this particular store, but it's actually gets worse and worse every time I order. This last order I placed the other day was my final straw because my pizza was so disgusting that I ate one slice and threw the entire pie away! it literally tasted and smelled as if Vicks Vapor rub was mixed into the toppings on the stale horrid pizza I received. It was very disgusting! I was hoping and praying I didn't get sick from that one slice I regretfully ate. Since I paid with points, there was really no recourse, otherwise I would have filed a dispute with my credit card because best believe it would have been an act of war to tell the bad vibe staff about the gross problem. At add, anytime I've gone there, they blast loud, ghetto, vulgar music as if it's a strip club. The workers are not friendly at all. They barely acknowledge your presence and when they do, it seems like a chore. Each time I've had the misfortune of going to this store, they don't have any plates, and provide 2-3 hand paper towels in lieu of napkins. The staff gets an attitude just for being asked to provide basic condiments and other stuff that eateries provide to customers with no problem. But asking this store's staff for such items will result in a bad, hostile attitude as if you insulted them. I don't know why or how this consistently subpar place has remained open for so long on Cascade. I guess it's a testament to how little regard our community has for how we think we should be treated by businesses that we spend money to support that overwhelming results in awful experiences time and time again. But best believe, after this gross, awful experience, I'm so done with this location!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

  I am not sure who answered the phone at approximately 2:20 p.m. today, but the customer service I received was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I called because my delivery order arrived missing two pizzas. When the employee answered the phone, he greeted me by saying, "Hello, what's up?" which I did not consider to be an appropriate or professional greeting. As I explained the issue, it sounded like he set the phone down or slammed it against the counter. When he returned to the call, all he said was, "Okay, bruh, we're sending your pizzas out," and then immediately hung up on me. Throughout the entire conversation, I remained calm, respectful, and did not speak rudely to the employee. I simply wanted assistance with my incomplete order. I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism when contacting your store, and this experience fell well below those expectations. I hope this matter is addressed so that future customers receive the level of customer service they deserve.
