  Abhorrent customer service. Placed an order around 2:30 PM on a game day, so I had patience for a longer wait time. Two hours later, it had not arrived. When I called about it, a woman placed me on hold for ten minutes and never got back to me. I called back and spoke with a man who was very helpful. An hour after that, the order still had not arrived. It’s now 7 PM and I’m waiting on an order placed close to five hours ago. I called the store again, a woman answered, and didn’t place me on hold but did put the phone down to ignore the call. I called again and she told me that my order had been delivered, and in the same breath told me that the pizza had just come out of the oven. When it arrived, the driver was just as rude as the woman handling the phones and the garlic butter sauce in both pizzas had been opened. 0/10 would not recommend this location. Props to the one polite man who was helpful, the rest of the store may want to consider a different career path.

  I've never seen such unprofessional in my life. I went on the app and ordered two pizzas for me and my grandparents. One of the pizzas was made wrong. It was supposed to be plain stuff crust with black olives and pineapple. As some of the topping. Instead I received two meat lovers. When I went back in to explain to the staff that it was wrong. They got real rude and had attitudes and when I asked to speak to the manager they said that they weren't there when infact after calling back up there he said he was. Thankfully the manager said that he was going to make sure it was made right. But as far as the staff. Shame on you. Do better

  Ordered delivery 3 times. Got canceled from the store. Tried to call to figure out what happened and it said the store was closed even though the hours said they were open.

  Great service from Jalen and Bam!!! Great customer service. Attentive and friendly! Great job whoever is doing the hiring!!!
