- AGAmanda GraySep 24, 20261.0Too busy to take an order. Very unwelcoming.
- KHKaitlyn HaaseSep 16, 20261.0Terrible. We used to order pizza from here once per week. It has steadily declined. Today, we ordered a large half cheese, half pepperoni. Not only was there pepperoni on the whole pizza but half the pizza didn't even have cheese. When I said I cant accept the pizza, they claimed the pepperoni floated over to the other side of the pizza bc of bubbles. They remade the pizza (and while they did get pepperoni on just half the pizza rhe 2nd time) it was still lacking cheese. The staff began having an argument over who was in charge, and cook who was clearly not with it was yelling at the employee who was trying to ensure the pizza was corrected. Absolute worst experience. Wont be coming back till this franchise can get it together.
- TATuff AngelSep 12, 20261.0Everytime i go to this location, they skip over my order and it isn’t ever ready. Yesterday I had to get a refund because my order was skip again, they seen it was placed but wasn’t made! My toddler was hungry and extremely irritated because we had waited for a hr in the car before even trying to pick it up! Very disappointed so we had to go to Pizza Hunt where our order was hot and ready when we arrived after coming from this location! Do better!!!
- TBThe City On My BackAug 18, 20263.0Maybe the most ghetto Papa John's I have ever been to. They are very nice and if they mess up your food they make sure to get it right the second time, but every time I go there it's either a club atmosphere or just unprofessionalism. Needs new management
- ECEbony CappardAug 7, 20261.0If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service here is horrible. The manager has no skills to de-escalate matters to provide customer service. The employees are all young children who are unprofessional and rude. My pizza looked like its was leftovers from yesterday and they refused to rectify the issue. It was also extremely unsanitary in there. Will not be going back
