- RBRebekkah Baccus5 days ago5.0I have grown up in a Papa John’s household and let me tell you- this Papa John’s is better than any other location I’ve been to. If they are out of an ingredient they call and offer a sub (not to mention how fresh and delicious their pizza is!), always quick delivery and pickups, the manager is so sweet, and the building is super clean inside. Don’t judge a book by its cover! They also have great deals on the app. I’ve seen them show other customers the deals and how to order. We’ve been coming here religiously (minimum once a month) for the last year or so.

I watched one employee handle pizza dough with her bare hands, then handle money, and go right back to touching the dough without washing her hands. That is a serious hygiene issue and completely unacceptable when preparing customers’ food. Management needs to address their food-handling practices immediately. Seeing someone handle money and then immediately go back to touching food with the same bare hands was disgusting.
