  This Papa John’s location seriously needs to take a closer look at its leadership and the way employees are being treated. I’m not sure of the name or position of the woman who appears to be in a leadership or management role, but on multiple occasions I have personally witnessed her yelling at other employees in a way that comes across as completely unprofessional and inappropriate. This has not been an isolated incident. During one visit, the yelling and commotion inside the restaurant became so loud that I could clearly hear it from my car outside. That alone says a lot about the environment employees are working in and the experience customers are being exposed to. Regardless of what may be happening behind the scenes, employees should be addressed respectfully and professionally, especially in front of customers. Coaching, correcting mistakes, and holding employees accountable are all normal responsibilities of management, but publicly yelling at or berating staff is not effective leadership. Watching these interactions has made me genuinely uncomfortable as a customer. No employee should have to work in an environment where being yelled at appears to be a regular occurrence, and customers should not have to witness it either. I hope ownership or upper management takes these concerns seriously and evaluates what is happening at this location. Based on what I have personally witnessed on several occasions, there appears to be a real need for a change in leadership approach and workplace culture.

  Second time they messed up the order (pineapples on half somehow equals all the tops in the middle and a clump of pineapple in one spot) and this time the pizza's came crushed into the side of the box so obviously the boxed fell. This is clearly a family who bought a papa johns, hate it, and it shows. Order from any other location this one aint it.

  I order a Large Epic Stuffed Crust pepperoni pizza, but the delivery person brought me a medium, regular-crust meatball and cheese pizza—nothing like what I ordered. By the time I checked the order, the delivery guy had already left.

  Food was overall not good. Quality subpar. Malik the manager didn’t attempt to rectify the situation. Won’t be returning.

  Pizza maker had excellent attention to detail. Manager looked confused. He probably thought i was Ubereats with my own pizza bag. Nah, Uber steals money from drivers and customers. It's been very well-documented. I don't give money to the thieves at Uber anymore. Pizza was made excellent.
