  I know how this is gonna sound but here it is. The food is good. But please for the love of god don’t hire people with such strong accents. You can’t understand them. They speak so fast that they run English words together and it sounds like I’m on a spam call or talking to someone about my car warranty. I have to get them to slow down and repeat my order 5X to make sure it’s right. And they still try to upsale me with garlic sauce after I say I don’t want any.

  I've been trying to reach you about the terrible service your managers are allowed to provide to the doordash drivers assigned to help when they suck so bad they can't even keep thier own drivers in NWA. Haley (store manager on Walton Blvd in Bentonville) I've called multiple times and no one answers the phone. How are you still in business??

  Around 7:44 PM, I ordered an original crust pepperoni pizza with peppers, mushrooms, and onions through a call center. Because the representative was a foreign agent, there was a language barrier and she clearly misunderstood my order—removing the pepperoni entirely while adding the veggies. My husband picked it up, but it was incorrect. When I called the store, the manager, Brody, became incredibly defensive. Instead of resolving the issue, she repeatedly bragged about their perfect "10 rating" and insisted they do not make mistakes. She took offense when I said I just wanted my food corrected, leading to a heated argument. I picked up the replacement around 8:50 PM, and she was still ranting about her rating and even blaming me for the error. Her attitude was entirely unjust and unprofessional, leaving her own staff looking visibly afraid. It is just pizza—there was no need for such rude behavior. There are other Pizza around town, do not need the hassle over pizza. Apparently Papa Johns has problem with their Managers. It starts at the top.

  Papa Johns in lebanon ohio cheated me out of the extra toppings I asked for! When u pay for something u want it correct!!! Not that hard! I wont be back!

  I placed a order on the phone for 1 lg works pizza with extra sauce. Go all the way home the sticker said original sauce. And my opinion was that there was not any extra sauce on it. All toppings was dumped in the middle. I was hateful but not rude with him when I called back. This is the 4th time I didn't get extra sauce. You only have 1 store in Dalton Georgia. Sooo I will take my business elsewhere. I did take a picture of the toppings.
