- ZAZ Abd1 day ago2.0My first time at this location and wanted a cookie but I didn't realize how hard they were, at least the one I had, they looked soft and chewy which I prefer and paid over $3.50 for one (oatmeal raisin), I should've gotten a refund or bought a refresher instead but I was pressed for time. The cashier was rushed to do other things and I was waiting for my receipt, never got it. The setting was calm and clean, but if I go next time, I won't be getting any of those dry hard cookies

I find myself only choosing to eat at Panera after receiving a coupon. Now, I no longer feel inclined after visiting today. There are just way too many affordable fast casual options available and Panera’s former luster is now dull. This particular location used to be great. Unfortunately the food quality and atmosphere has gone downhill. Both are in desperate need of upgrades. I believe corporate has given up on this location. The health food score on the wall when you walk in reads 77. 77?!?!?! If I had not placed my order online before walking in, I definitely would have selected a different restaurant in the area. My order contained a few substitutions without my confirmation. My tuna sandwich was made on extremely stale ciabatta bread instead of sourdough while my Hibiscus tea wasn’t sweet and tasted like mildewed water! Total waste of time and money! Just don’t do it! I won’t come back to this location and wouldn’t be surprised if it’s boarded up the next time I drive-by. There were literarily no customers inside on a Friday night.
