  Food was fine, but the service horrible. When asked for water cups the employee's response was "water, really? Enjoy your WATER." Unnecessary

  I was there last December and was horrified by the food served and the unfriendly staff. The restaurant is very dirty…I had to use the restroom and was disgusted. I’ve been to many Panera bread restaurants in Florida and it is a much different experience….compared to the Midtown location……what a shame because I really enjoyed it in the past

  I ordered food for myself and my coworkers. We were not satisfied with the quality of the food or the way it was made. The bread was hard and appeared old. The meat was not throughly cooked. My coworker went back and when expressing our concerns and ask that the sandwiches be remade, she was met with attitude from the manager and some of the kitchen staff. Eventually the order was remade however the quality is still not good. This was our first time getting it from this location. It will definitely be our last!

  Cinnamon Roll has very obviously gotten smaller. The nice box that it once was served in is now replaced with a cheap little white bag and the orange flavor drowns out the cinnamon. The roll is not as moist as it used to be. Just a big downgrade but price not lowered to reflect the lowered quality. The cost cutting has gotten out of hand. I wonder who is approving all these downgrades and do they think us customers are too stupid to notice the negative changes to quality and size of the roll.

  I’ve been a loyal Panera customer for years and have always had positive experiences, but this visit was extremely disappointing. I ordered bagels around 9:00 AM expecting them to be fresh, but they were hard, cold, and felt like they had just come out of a refrigerator. When I asked if they could at least toast them so they’d be edible, I was told they couldn’t touch them because I had already picked them up and they were now considered “contaminated.” The only option they offered was for me to warm them in a microwave myself. When I first walked in, I went to the register, and despite 3–4 employees being behind the counter, no one greeted us or acknowledged us. We eventually gave up and used the kiosk to place our order. This is not the level of service or quality I’ve ever experienced at any reputable bakery, especially not Panera Bread. It was a frustrating and disappointing visit.
