  We were incorrectly charged over $900.00. Nobu refuses to make it right. We were gifted two vouchers from a loved one as a wedding gift. One was for one night stay, valet parking, and breakfast. The other voucher was for $300. The reservation for the room was booked in accordance with the directions on the voucher. In response, I received an email from Nobu with a confirmation of the room being booked. Both vouchers were provided prior to making reservations and upon checkout. Both vouchers were used in accordance with the directions provided on the vouchers, as well as direction provided by Nobu staff by email. Now that we’ve checked out, we’ve been charged over $900.00. Nobu now says the vouchers weren’t redeemed in accordance with their instructions. Despite the fact that I’ve once again provided all supporting documentation, Nobu will not respond, and we are left with a bill for over $900.00 when it shouldn’t be anything at all. Kayla C.   I attended the candlelight hip hop on strings event and it was amazing. Also, the Nobu Atlanta staff were very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely return.

  I visited this restaurant looking forward to a great dinner. The ambiance was beautiful, and the food was excellent. Unfortunately, the service from our waiter, Mario, completely overshadowed the experience. He came across as rude, condescending, and passive-aggressive throughout our meal. While the food and atmosphere were enjoyable, the poor service made the overall experience disappointing. I would recommend dining here with caution, as the quality of service may significantly impact your visit.

  I hate leaving negative reviews but this experience was disappointing enough to share. The food was okay, but service was horrible at the bar. I noticed staff prioritizing other guests or fraternizing with coworkers about their personal lives, which made it uncomfortable sitting at the bar. It also took about 20 minutes to even get a glass of water after I let them know what I wanted. The bigger issue was the service at the bar. It felt like the stuff were either focused on other guess, or caught up in conversation with each other about their personal lives. It made sitting at the bar feel awkward and we spent a lot of time waiting just to get basic service. It took close to 20 minutes just to get water and place an order for a drink, and I pretty much set the tone for the rest of the evening For a restaurant with Nobu’s reputation I’d expect the service to be polished and attentive. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.today. There are too many great restaurants with better food and significantly better hospitality to justify coming back.
