The customer service was excellent, the restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made for a great dining experience. A special thank-you to Mr. Carl, who was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful in guiding me through the menu and helping me select something to enjoy. His customer service truly stood out. And the oxtails were absolutely delicious! Everything came together for a memorable meal, and I would definitely recommend Ms. Ethel’s Kitchen to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service. I’ll certainly be back!
