  OMG !! I had the stuffed salmon with crab meat, shrimp, and grits!! TOOOOO FIRE ! My boyfriend got the big chicken and he definitely liked it. My mimosa also has me floating on the clouds. Such a great 1st time experience. The beignets were okay they were more-so near the darker side. Thank you Destini for your great hospitality and customer service!!

  Wow! What a wonderful place of establishment! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted immediately. The music, the atmosphere, the restaurant itself was amazing! The food……the food the food the food was DELICIOUS!! We ordered a little bit of everything off the menu. The French lamb chops with the 2 sides were delicious, we got 2 orders to go as well. My mom loved the waffle and fried chicken. Especially the fried chicken…she got her an order to go as well. My sister got the salmon and grits! The grits were amazing and creamy! The crab cakes, the waffles (especially the peaches and cream and the Oreo waffles) were delicious! Just everything was amazing! I can’t really share a pic of the other food because we tore it up! My mom left the bones!! I’m taking them home to the dog (it was just that good)!! Our server, Benjamin AKA Ben was amazing! Nice, pleasant gentleman who knows the menu! He gave a lot of great recommendations and he also continued to check on us throughout our time. He provided exceptional service to the point we had to speak to the manager! Great workers are hard to find! This was our first time here and Benjamin took great care of us! It was also our sister’s birthday and he understood the assignment! She was celebrated by the staff with a birthday sign and a song and a nice birthday treat! I know there are other Milk and Honey locations but WE WILL BE BACK to the one on Cascade!!!

  When you go, please ask for Benjamin aka Ben as your host. He was PHENOMENAL!! Very knowledgeable about the menu, and offered delicious options. My food came out quick and tasted AMAZING!! I even spoke to the manager to let her know how great everything was. The food was so good, I could cry! I danced as soon as my food came. I even ordered food to go that’s how good it was! I flew from Virginia just to eat in Atlanta this weekend. Made me want to do the electric slide all up and through the restaurant. I will be back. Thanks Benjamin and Team!

  I recently celebrated my daughter’s Sweet 16 at Milk & Honey, and they truly made it an experience we will never forget. The food was delicious, served at the perfect temperature, and beautifully presented. The music was at just the right level, great song choices without being too loud, which made the atmosphere even better. Although the restaurant is a bit small, they went above and beyond to accommodate my large party of 13 by arranging a few different tables that still kept us connected. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making the day special. Our waiter, Anthony, deserves a special shout‑out. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and detailed..he didn’t miss a single beat. He helped pull off the surprise for my daughter as if she were his own, and I’m so grateful for the care he put into every moment. He managed the teen table like a pro and allowed the adults to relax and enjoy ourselves. I would absolutely return. Great job, Milk & Honey management, you hired well!

  I visited this brunch spot with a party of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) on June 14, 2026 and unfortunately, it was a completely disappointing experience from start to finish. Atmosphere & Service: The restaurant was extremely hot and humid with zero air circulation. The children’s drinks and my mimosa were served lukewarm, and we had to actively request ice. Appetizers: * Fried Boiled Eggs (w/ crab & shrimp): Way too salty. * Buffalo Spinach Dip: This was a tiny portion, excessively spicy, and had hot sauce carelessly piled right in the middle rather than mixed in. Entrées & Sides: * Kids' Pancake Platters: The pancakes, eggs, and potatoes were all dry. The only fresh item on the plate was the sausage. We requested to swap out one side for grits with cheese, the grits were cold because the cheese didn’t melt. * Catfish & Grits: The catfish was overly salty. * Fried Chicken Wing Platter: The wings seemed to have been pulled early because they weren't crispy at all. The yams were overwhelmingly sweet. * Mac & Cheese: The 3-cheese mac & cheese was old, hard, and dried out as if it had been sitting out for days. When we asked to swap it for seasoned kale, it was overwhelmingly over-seasoned. I really wanted to enjoy our family brunch, but between the uncomfortable dining conditions and the lack of quality control in the kitchen, I cannot recommend this place.
