  I had a terrible experience at McDonald’s last night around 9:15 PM. The two women working were rude from the start and had an attitude the entire interaction. Things escalated at the pay window when they aggressively spoke to me and my boyfriend for no reason. I ended up rolling my window up and driving away because no customer should be treated that way. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had at this location either. Employees who treat customers with that level of disrespect should not be working in customer service. Completely unacceptable experience, and I will not be returning.

  Only person inside was me. Food took too long. I ordered 3 value meals, fries cold, nuggets cold as if the light kept warm.

  Lady at the front with glasses on April 21st 2026 at 10:15pm approximately was super rude. Had an attitude, looked at me crazy. Her attitude was out of this world, she should be ashamed for such bad customer service. Would not recommend coming to this McDonald’s just because of her. Mangers and higher ups please do something about her. Check the security cameras at that specific time to see who I am talking about. She was super rude and judgmental. All I asked for was extra sweet and sour sauce and was willing to pay the extra 31 cents, once I noticed her attitude and I read the room, I just said forget about it. Please fire her or do something about this situation.

  Slowest drive thru ive experienced for fast food. Waited 30+ minutes for 2 double cheese burgers around 5pm on a Tuesday. Couldn't have been more than 5 cars ahead from when I ordered at the menu.
