  Today is 5/18/2026 11pm ... it was very short staffed and the manager walked in at 11pm and got to business with urgency and all.. I work in the food industry as well and people can be hard to deal with .. he has patience and does the best he can

  claims to be 24 hours but refuses to serve between 3am-6am (aka the time i get off from work and have no where else to go) and even when they are serving the service is TERRIBLE. in serious need for of a staff change, only the day time people are nice. the rest are rudeeeee

  This is the worst of all well one of the worst stores especially at night there is a man who is missing teeth who is very, very rude he came to order my food and yelled at me telling me that he had already called me and that he threw away my order and that he is not going to do another one and that should not be like that neither he nor they should throw away the food if they do not call the customer please they need more preparation what happens to these people

  Just go to a different location. Absolutely ridiculously horrible service the couple of times I have came to this location they are absolutely the slowest and rudest I have dealt with and I travel country wide. Today via mobile order got my food from the window and they were waiting on my frap so they asked me pull up and wait, I waited for over 10 mins still no frap went inside to the counter and nobody even talked to me for almost 5 mins had to just loudly say hello for someone to acknowledge me asked about my frap they said its still being worked on but it wasn't finally someone made the frap but took me walking in and 20 mins later to get the frap, would I have ever got my frap if I didn't walk in maybe but def would've been at least a 30 min wait for it.

  I was the next customer in line but I waited for over 15 minutes to order because the cashier was talking and laughing with his friends like they were at a party. I felt disrespected and when I expressed that I was not pleased I was denied service by the manager. Very unprofessional people work here. They don't deserve one star.
