  Rosie is such a disgusting employee. Hispanic lady in the morning. Not sure I spelled her name right. I am trying to eat and all I hear is her talking awfully about her own coworkers, gossiping is so unprofessional. Instead of focusing in work she is getting paid to trash talk her own boss and coworkers. Awful behavior.

  The good first: the ladies and staff in the afternoon are very nice and fast. Customers appreciate this. The bad: the restrooms smell awful. Also the morning ladies are gossipy, bitter and rude. They talk horribly about their co-workers in spanish. Roselyn es muy gritona. They are always screaming and arguing. And ladies your English may not be good but don't take it on your customers. We try to understand as good as possible. Bad attitudes don't help 🙄 Vayan a la Iglesia. Rezen.

  This has to be the worst McDonald’s in the area! Ordered the big Archer and was given raw onions and not the fried onions as advertised. Straws, condiments and my son’s kids meal was left out! I understand it was delivery but the bag was sealed! Not the drivers fault! I will stick with the McDonald’s on Ponce!

  The staff extemely polite but the order from drive thru was completely wrong. We requested no pickles on burger, there were pickles, There were no fries in the children's meal. We requested fries hot and received them slightly warm. Also extra fries as side oder was not in bag. We checked order before leaving drive thu so we suggest you do the same. Staff was courteous and fixed order.

  Would give 0 stars if I could!! I asked for something at the window and they acknowledged it but then didn’t show up on my receipt and when asked about it they just handed me a receipt and walked away!!! They had an attitude, very unprofessional and not worth the drive!!
