  I had an amazing experience thanks to Olivia at Margaritaville Restaurant. From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly stood out and made our dinner even more enjoyable. Customer service like hers is rare, and she definitely deserves recognition. Thank you, Olivia, for making our visit memorable — we’ll definitely be back!

  Had an amazing experience at Margaritaville thanks to our server, Kayla! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without missing a beat. Her energy was warm and welcoming, which made the entire dining experience even better. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. Every recommendation Kayla gave was spot on! The atmosphere was also a vibe: fun, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying good food and drinks with great company. Excellent customer service truly makes a difference, and Kayla went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back!

  WORST experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant ever. They messed up all the food and everything was dirty and then when I asked to speak to a manager, they made me wait 45 minutes and then told me the manager wasn’t going to come talk to me. I booked the reservations a week prior- all to come to a dirty restaurant where there was food all over the chairs- dirty silverware, cold hard food and rude staff. Nightmare experience and 140$ down the drain.

Es, sin duda, el sitio ideal para quienes disfrutan de la música en vivo y una atmósfera animada, ya sea para un happy hour con amigos o una cena familiar divertida. En cuanto a la gastronomía, los icónicos Volcano Nachos cumplieron con las expectativas: una porción generosa y perfecta para compartir. La Cheeseburger in Paradise es un clásico que no falla; aunque es una hamburguesa sencilla, el sabor es consistente. Por supuesto, la estrella de la visita fueron las margaritas; la Perfect Margarita está bien equilibrada y es muy refrescante. Si bien el servicio fue amable, es notable que en horas pico puede ser un poco lento debido a la alta afluencia de turistas, por lo que recomiendo ir con tiempo. Los precios son algo elevados, lo cual es de esperarse por su ubicación privilegiada, pero la experiencia global y la buena energía del lugar compensan el costo. ¡Un punto obligado si buscas un oasis tropical en medio de la ciudad!"   We are traveling from out of town with a group of eight high schoolers for an international competition and we had the WORST experience ever. I would not recommend this Atlanta Margaritaville to anyone. We arrived at 5:30 and were seated at 6:30, with a 6pm reservation. The kids were at one table and two adults next to them. Between us two adults, the first five things we tried to order they were out of. Once the food arrived, we were told they were out of the shrimp pasta, which two people ordered. They waited until everyone else’s food was served to tell them that they would need to order something else! One of our kids ordered a medium steak but it came out extremely rare. Now three people had no food and I would not eat until their food came out. We were told ten minutes. I asked for the manager, told her our issues and not once did she apologize, just said she’d talk to the kitchen. 30 minutes later and they still had no food. We asked for our check. We just wanted to leave. We’d been there three hours and still four of us had not eaten. Another ten minutes goes by and the food comes out and they offer to box it up. Another ten minutes later and we finally got the food. We asked for a receipt showing the last four digits of the card that was used to pay and we were told they can’t print credit card receipts. Never have I ever been to a place that couldn’t print or email a copy of the receipt. We are now back at our hotel and sat down to eat our now cold food. Despite it being cold, the jambalaya tasted like it was straight out of a box. My “Asian Salad” is lettuce with a peanut dressing and some crushed peanuts. Adding- the mocktails we wanted were some sort of redbull refreshers. After ordering we were told they were out of the watermelon redbull used in the drink. I asked if they could use another flavor and we were told yes. Our server later came back to say that we were not allowed to order the drink with another flavor of Red Bull because she couldn’t select it in the computer. Three and a half hours, four out of ten of us did not get to eat, no apologies from the manager, she only came to our table once, after I asked for her. Our server apologized many times, but the management was the worst I’ve ever seen.
