  Terrible experience here. I will never come back. The bowling alley was very packed and we made reservations ahead of time and they still had us wait for a lane. They had half of the lanes under construction. The server finally came to our table an hour into our game. We paid for 3 hours and they gave us 1.5. Then we went back to complain and they only gave us 1 additional hour. The service was extremely slow. Lastly the bathroom. I’m pregnant and have to use the restroom often and every single stall had a flaw. One’s missing a door, one’s missing a toilet seat, one’s missing a toilet paper holder, one or 2 are clooged, and all of them are dirty. There was no soap. The restroom looked vandalized. Absolute no.

  The main event is great fun for kids! The food is mediocre, but okay. No gluten-free options except for a pretty good cauliflower pepperoni pizza. Table service in the restaurant section is slow. All of the employees @ every station are very polite, courteous, and well trained. Overall, a great day for kids to play in the arcade, but LOUD for parents & grandparents. Best advice is to take kids 7+ and send them to play in pairs. Then have a seat in the restaurant/bar area, and have them check in with you every half hour. 👍🏻👍🏻

  I will give it literally no stars if I could. This is completely unacceptable. I came here for the all-you-can-play Monday. This location closes at 1 AM. I got to the front desk trying to pay, and the lady told me that simply because somebody was about to get off right now around this 11 o’clock time, we wouldn’t be able to bowl. She tried to lie and tell us that all the lanes were sold out when I saw 4 to 5 completely open lanes available. She was very rude in the way she talked to me. I was almost in shock, as I’m sure no establishment should be run like this. She is a manager operating like not even the owner of the place. I wish I would’ve gotten her name, but I forgot it. I certainly will remember her face, though. Somebody from corporate needs to reach out to me and resolve this because I do not appreciate the atrocious experience that I encountered here.

  This place was an absolute disaster. Came late at night around 12 with a closing time of 2 expecting to play some games. Bowling was closed, which is fine since it was late, then we went to the restroom before playing games. My wife went to the women’s restroom where she was warned there was throw up all over the floor by another customer. We went to play games and after spending 40 bucks to play, realized that over half of the games don’t even work. Multiple of them appeared to be on and would let us swipe and take our points but not work and we’d be unable to play. Others were just straight up off. Then, with a closing time of 2 am, games were shut off with no warning at 1:35, 25 minutes before close with no heads up. Staff was rude and unfriendly. Do not visit

  My son and I frequent here quite often but I must say that over the last year I have seen a decline in service and the overall atmosphere here at Main Event. Today, my family and I attended a birthday party here (not our first party here) and as an attendee, I saw the overall annoyance, frustration, and anger over my friend (customer) face. To start, her assigned party host kept disappearing. He didn't help set up for the party and his overall demeanor looked as if he didn't care or wanted to be there. After the manager was requested, he came and spoke to my friend the first time and told her he would be right back (didn't happen). She spent another 30 minutes waiting and looking for him. Long story short, once he finally came back, she let him know how she felt (respectfully) but was not satisfied how her son's party was handled after spending a great deal of money. Majority of the games were not working, the bathrooms were filthy amd one stall was even missing a door in the women's restroom, and you can tell the winners circle had not been stocked during the week. Half of the staff seemed overwhelmed or just plain over it which spilled over into how they handled the customers and any assistance that was needed.
