False advertisement and rude manager, I would not recommend this store. Their website advertised all you can play ticket during the July 4 weekend with special discount, and we called their store when we are on the way to make sure this location honor this promotion and the staff said yes . But after our family actually arrive at store after 40 mins drive, the manager at the front told us they won’t honor that promotion. So I called their number again in front of the manager and the staff in the phone told me again they are still honoring the promotion. The manager then got angry and rude , he first said they don’t have an employee who would say that , when I told him her name and ask if he can talk to her in the phone while I’m on hold ,he then just walk into their glass office 5 steps away , yelling at his employee while I was still in the phone with her. I feel bad for the lady who answer the phone who is just doing her job. The store should not falsely advertise a promotion but rudely deny it. The aggression from the manager was very unnecessary. It was our first experience with this store and it was quite disappointing!!

We will not be returning to this location. The games were not working and by the time I realized my kids had swiped their card multiple times with no game time it was too late. More than half their credits were gone. When I went to the front desk to tell them, I had to offer a solution for the issue. I requested they put the unplayed credits back on the cards. She said the only person who could do that would be back in 5 minutes. When I said I would wait, she then said someone else could do it. Exchanging our points/tickets for prizes was also a hassle as things were not labeled correctly, among other things. It was not an enjoyable summer afternoon out with my family because of the lack of customer care and service. I wish I could get my money back. Do not go.

Went for a private church event and everything was great! Only thing is I think we didnt get to earn and tickets or points we played games for lol my son was confused when he didnt get a prize but they had great games, the staff was soooo nice and knew answers to all questions plus they seemed to be having fun at work which is great! I plan on coming back soon since we had such a great time

I booked this place for my brothers birthday party and it started off very rocky.
What was supposed to be a nice exciting day turn into a stressful nightmare for me, as I was the one who planned the party. Once I got there I got an attendant who seemed nice and explained the day to me. However, before my party even started and everybody was there she brought the food out 10mins prior. It was barely anyone in the place yet the service was terribly slow. The package we received was the teen all access and the only reason I got that package was because it was recommended to me by the party management team when I called almost three weeks prior. My mom expressed to me that the churros had no sugar on them, which is ridiculous because it’s not a churros at that point. Granted the rest of the food was okay according to friends and family.
Although we didn’t have a party host we did have an attendant who looked over us, and as the party started the manager briefly came over to express if we need anything to ask him. However, when we did need drinks for the birthday boy ( non-alcoholic) the attendant expressed we had to walk across the building to the bar to order the drinks ourselves, it would’ve been no problem if everyone wasn’t moving on their own time. Once we got to the bar to order 4 kid shirley temples, it took them almost 10 to take the order and another 15-20 minutes to make the drinks and even longer for the milkshake which ultimately wasn’t drinkable bc it tasted like water and oreos.
After, expressing our concerns to the manager he explained that because of the package she doesn’t have to do that but, then explained if they were non alcoholic drinks she could’ve done that for us. Mind you there wasn’t many people in there, and maybe 3 couples at the bar. Almost all the employees were either walking around or talking to each other, while the restrooms looked like a tornado had ran through it. After my mom expressed this to the manager he said he would take care of it but never did, the restroom were still nasty when we left.
I will add, once we moved from bowling to the dining tables to order food we did get a server whose name was mya or mia and she was a breath of fresh air, she was very nice and kind. And she even brought the birthday boy a REAL oreo milkshake that didn’t taste like water. She was sweet and made sure we were all good.
Overall, i wouldn’t recommend this place for any type of party and I don’t think it’s worth the money paid. You’re better off playing the arcade games and laser tag and leaving because the food is okay, the service is iffy, and the restrooms are nasty.

This location is completely HORRIBLE! The service is ridiculous, team is trash (except for the photographer), and management is rude! We sat at our lane, which was dirty upon arrival and we had to clean it ourselves, for an entire hour and not once did a service come to greet us or take our order. I went to the counter twice and both times was told that someone would be with us shortly. No one came.
12mins left on the clock for the lane we paid for and reserve. The manager WILLIS comes to us, don’t even say hello nor introduce himself, but had the complete audacity to say, “Oh I need this lane because there’s a party coming in 12mins.”
Rude, unprofessional, ill-mannered, and downright a disappointment. Main Event, you all need to reevaluate the management staff at this location because this is unnecessarily unacceptable. Willis, the management, you are too much of an adult to act the way that you did. I am disappointed and disgusted.
