- RKRae K6 days ago5.0I went to Main Event in what I'd call a sweet spot. It was midday in a Thursday for a work event. It wasn't what would be a typical experience as we had a private room for lunch and pre-paid laser tag, bowling, and games. The food was very good. We had an assortment of tex-mex items. The staff was accommodating and friendly. We all enjoyed the fact that the bldg was not crowded and didn't feel hectic. A great time was had by all!
- MKMadi KnightAug 27, 20261.0Came here with my boyfriend to play the arcade & was extremely disappointed. Staff was nice, arcade was not. We got the $35 card (250 credits) and it had some kind of $10 activation fee which was a lot for an activation in my opinion but we paid it- on top of that, literally NONE of their games work. We spent over half our credits just trying to find a game that worked. It doesn't help that each game was 7.5 credits themselves. We finally got to play basketball & skeeball. Though, the skeeball I was playing on worked and my boyfriend just had to watch as the one he scanned to play on did not. When we talked to the staff after giving up from being let down time and time again, we were then told there were no refunds. We could only get our credits back- which is pointless as none of the games work and its an hour drive for us. Safe to say, don't bother spending your money on their arcade. It's a bust!

I had to walk out because it was making me nauseous, not sure if it's the cleaner they use or what, I just hope they figure it out because I'd like to return without my stomach doing flips.
- CSChaniquah SmithAug 15, 20261.0Absolutely hated my experience here, and will never return. Upon my very first interaction the employees were very standoffish and annoyed. The only people who were remotely nice were the cleanin attendants at the bowling lanes and the gentleman at the lazer tag arena. None of the restroom stalls were clean, and half of them were out of commission. The food was not good, and we barely could eat it. A lot of employees were just walking around trying to seem busy, and even the manager Willis gave poor service. The last straw was when the waitress argued with my mother over the bill; we paid the bill without issue even though we barely touched the food but she was upset with the tip we left. We left immediately after that - I even refused to play any games as my experience and time with my family was completely ruined. I would advise anyone to take their business elsewhere as this place needs to be shut down and totally revamped. Not sure how they’re open with the condition of the facilities and very subpar food.
- LHLatasha HallAug 13, 20261.0We had a horrible experience at this Main Event. There is a bartender named Cordai who is the absolute worse. She has a very bad attitude. She needs to work in a non-customer facing position. She didn't even give us a proper greeting. She came over and half cleaned up the area and said do yall know what yall want. So rude. She needs additional training or a new job.
