  Went this location on 5/11 2pm. Menu changed a bit. Cashier seemed irritated. So i decided to go in. Another employee same rude behavior. Wanted blue berry cake donuts. None were available. Asked for cinnamon rolls. Extremely small, sadly were not cooked completely through. Super disappointed. Cashier on duty was nice. Probably would not come back. Between raw food and unfriendly employees. I wouldn't recommend.

  Single worst location I have ever been to. First we wait in the drive thru only to be told we have to come inside. Once I go inside I wait through a long line and once at the counter I am told in a very apathetic tone that they only have what is it and that they aren't making more at 6pm on a Sunday. The staff was moving at a snails pace. Everyone was just standing around on their phones and talking while there was a line at least 7 parties long. Seriously, you need to gather your staff and make it clear that this level of service is unacceptable.

  Walked in and immediately felt like no one cared. There was 1 worker to help up front, even with 10+ people waiting in line. Meanwhile, employees were just hanging out in the back talking instead of helping customers. No manager anywhere to step in or handle the situation. Completely disorganized and frustrating experience—definitely not worth the time.

  If I could give it 0 stars I would. Second and last time at this location. Went last night for an assorted box. The staff had no urgency. Both the drive through and inside had lines. I went inside and used the kiosk. Got it the front of the line, they couldn’t find my ticket and then suggested to just pick a new box. Half of the options were not available. All this is going on while there are 4-5 employees talking and just standing watching the doughnuts float around. Not sure who’s trains over there, but then I ask a question and the staff said “idk this is my second week”…. I just needed the milk I ordered previously on the kiosk. Definitely going to take a little longer and go to a better location.

  Not necessarily a location issue but an overall company issue. I ordered 2 boxes of assorted Dots for a Kindergarten classroom celebration and ended up with 2 boxes of wet, chopped up mini donuts. Not as shown online. After calling corporate and doing further research I guess thats just the way they make them. So if you prefer unslimy, full, and sphere shaped donuts holes Krispy Kreme is not the right spot. Sorry kiddos I'll be making it up to you soon!
