- MHMelissa Hemmen6 days ago1.0I came thru the drivethru today and the cashier was flat and rude. I was told that there was no milk, no juice, no soda, no plain donuts. How does that even make sense. That's most of your drinks??? You couldn't even make most of the coffee drinks.

I have visited multiple times specifically to try the new seasonal strawberry cake doughnut, but they are consistently out of stock. When I inquired at the drive-thru window about why they were unavailable, the employee was incredibly rude. I didn't get her name, she snapped that she "didn't have time to make them because they were busy making other doughnuts." Consistently running out of advertised menu items is frustrating enough, but being met with poor customer service makes it much worse. Krispy Kreme, please do better with both inventory management and staff training at this location.

When I asked how long until they were going to have some, I was informed they weren't making anymore tonight. You know, glazed that they're known for, and the reason we walked 2 miles to get there. We instead got a mixed dozen. My wife wanted a frozen latte. Again, the person waiting on us didn't know how to make it, so she settled with an iced latte. Unsatisfied to say the least.

But I live near so I still go multiple times a week but not anymore. Over the last month they’ve served me 3…THREE! spoiled milk lattes. I stopped going for like a month but I just left and the kid who took my order obviously didn’t know what was going on. He told me they didn’t do hot lattes. I knew he just didn’t know how to so I said it was cool, just give me it cold. He gave me a disgusting milk coffee in a plastic cup with whip cream on top. I was so confused. So was he. Yall either need to train these people or fire them
- BBBrittany BairdJun 19, 20261.0Young gentleman working the counter gave me nothing but attitude after asking what flavor a doughnut was. Seriously. My mother and I walked in and weren’t acknowledged by anyone there, there was only one person working the counter. Assuming he worked there (he did) and was standing there I asked him about a flavor of doughnut, since there were no tags in front of the doughnuts. He replied the same flavor for 2 very obvious different doughnuts. He was so snarky to the point my mom just wanted to leave. I asked why the attitude with us, he said he didn’t have one. Then blamed me for being sarcastic. I was too stunned to speak, I wish I would have now! As we were leaving (empty handed) he said “have a great day!” (In my mind he knows that he was a jerk and this was just another jab at us!) I’ve been to this location so many times and normally don’t have this experience. I am understanding of hospitality service and restaurant service as I’ve done that job! I treat every single person I come into contact with, with kindness. I would never walk into an establishment and be mean, aggressive or even sarcastic for literally no reason. This was all so uncalled for. I just wanted a few doughnuts!
