  Sooo good 😍 I was having a bad day and came in for pizza and a drink or two and they didn’t disappoint! S/o to the dude with the black gauges I didn’t get his name!

  Extremely Disappointing Experience at Jonny's New York Style Pizza on Chattahoochee Ave. NW, Atlanta, GA What should have been a simple Friday staff lunch became an unnecessarily frustrating experience. We initially placed our order for takeout, but before the food was prepared, I specifically informed the staff that we would be dining in their outside patio area. We were told that was fine. Once my staff (party of 4) arrived, however, we were treated as though we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. We struggled to get basic necessities-plates, napkins, and even a place to dispose of our trash. Staff repeatedly contradicted their own menu regarding available items, and the overall attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Even after spending money at the restaurant, we were made to feel unwelcome. We were told garbage cans were for customers who tip. (We don't understand why this was said to us) Very strange behavior. Most concerning was the apparent illness of an employee who was preparing the food. I cannot speak to his medical condition, but his eyes appeared noticeably yellow, and he looked visibly unwell, which raised serious concerns for us about food-handling and sanitation. After this experience, ,our group will not be returning. Customers should not have to argue for basic service, especially when they are spending their money at your establishment. Very disappointing and, frankly, concerning. Be careful with this establishment, they ARE NOT a New York style Pizza establishment.

  Food was ok. But make sure you repeat yourself on your dont want on your pizza. Communication is terrible

  Ordered a Syracuse Stuffer Stromboli and requested that the Green Peppers be removed. It was mostly just cheese. One third of it had a few pieces of steak along with quite a few mushroom. This was a total waste of money. Called and spoke with the manager on duty and he states that he does not know if he can give me a replacement Stromboli. Really !!!!!! They are usually on point but not this time and it seems as if they have no desire to satisfy their customer!! 😡
