  Sandwich arrived over an hour after placing the order, wet and soggy. My Powerade was basically flavored water because the ice mostly melted. There should be a no ice option. My cookie was smashed to pieces. I wouldn't order delivery again. This was a waste of $26 and super disappointing. I had to tear off the wet bread and basically only eat the guts. What a terrible experience. I didn't have any oil/vinegar to make it soggy so I assume it's been sitting for an hour.

  Ordered catering for office lunch and everybody loved it! Would definitely recommend for catering!

  We ordered our food literally 25 minutes ago. 7 minutes later we received notification that our order was ready. We're waiting in the restaurant and they told us it will be another 15 minutes or so. Don't know that we'll ever come back.

  I've been to this location twice while working and every single time the food; besides the cookie was horrible. The sandwiches (even with oil/ vinegar) are so dry it doesn't make sense. The chips are all soggy and gross like someone licked the seasoning off and put them back in the bag. On top of that when I try to order online it never works for some weird reason; PLEASE DO BETTER. the only reason I put 2 stars for the food is because I genuinely love the tripple chocolate chip cookie.

  We have utilized their catering services on multiple occasions and consistently found them to be exceptionally satisfactory. We highly recommend Jimmy John's catering.
