I could overheard her say over the phone that she wasn't supposed to be there today She then proceeded to leave the store and smoke outside with the unhoused. At least I got a sandwich that day. A/C was out of service as well as the soda fountain. I gave it a second chance the next week and the doors were locked at 12 on a weekday. Poor customer service and even worse management. Worst Jimmy John's I've ever encountered, the franchise should be revoked.
