    I’ve come to this location many of times and never had an issue. This evening I called in an order for sub l, they asked if I wanted to pay on the phone or in person, I stated I’d pay in person and picked it up at the drive through. The young man at the window extended the card reader out of the window, I tapped my phone, heard a beep and he handed me my sandwich. After about an hour I received a phone call from the same young man telling me that there was a problem with their machine and my payment didn’t go through. At this point I was already home and I’m not going to leave my house to come pay for a mistake that was on your part. I also do not feel comfortable giving my card information over the phone, which is why I wanted to pay in person. We get off the phone and the restaurant keeps calling me back and they left a message stating that they have my name, license plate number and car on camera and they are going to report that I STOLE from them. I called the restaurant back and the manger was irate and told me that she was going to report me if I didn’t give her my card number over the phone to pay. She also stated that the young man who called me the first time told her that I said “I didn’t have money on my card”. I never said that because that wasn’t the case. This has to be the most disgusting situation I’ve ever been in with a business in my life. And all over their machine not working. I will be contacting corporate in the morning.

    This JJ's has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I placed an order for delivery and did not receive it. I reached out to the shop on 3 different occassions. I was told the first time it was on the way, the second time it was on the way, and the third time that the delivery person delivered it to the wrong place whic "was not their fault". No remediation was made, I was not refunded, and left on hold for 20 minutes when I asked to speak to the manager.

    The customer service was impeccable. The young lady at the register was kind, helpful, and made sure I had everything I wanted on my sub! The gentleman behind the line made my sub swiftly and neatly.

    The bread was so hard, if you take a bite call your dentist right away. Ive never had a sandwich like this at Jimmy John's other location, but will never order at this location.
