- SBSeth Baker1 day ago1.0I've ordered from this Jimmy Johns several times (delivery) and it is very hit or miss if they get your order correct. Usually, it is at least timely (good bit less than 1 hour peak time lunch time delivery especially if you order around 10:30 AM ish). However, today I ordered around 11:45 AM, an hour or so in I had no notification of any progress at the restaurant other than receiving my order. I then called the restaurant - no answer. I called again a few min later. Again, no answer. No communication about my order whatsoever - a communication indicating it was delayed would've been the least they could've done. Then, around 3:30 PM, almost 4 hours later, I get a notification my food is on the way, and it is presumably delivered a few minutes after that. This is not acceptable. If a customer orders food at a normal lunchtime and it isn't remotely going to make it, the very least the restaurant can do is notify the customer the food won't be ready and in this case a full refund should've been issued. I tried to cancel my order and I couldn't even do that. Service was at least acceptable in the past, but this is so ridiculous I don't think I can order here again and felt compelled to share this experience.
- WCWill Corley6 days ago1.0They never get the orders right or follow instructions. Don’t bother asking them to cut the pickle into halves or quarters, you’re still gonna get a whole one. Same with cutting your sandwich in half or leaving off basics like lettuce. Even when the store is slow they rarely get the orders right. I only visit this location if I’m desperate.

The last 2 times, despite ordering 40-60 minutes ahead of time I waited about 20 minutes for my sandwich to get made. Time to find a new go-to food spot.
