- KSK SJul 25, 20261.0Me and my partner both ordered a Vito sub and received a completely different sandwich entirely missing any and all meat from it. It was literally just bread, cheese, mayo, tomato, and lettuce. Definitely not even in the realm of a Vito sub. We didn't realize it until we got home and unwrapped it. I believe it was intentionally done by the employee, a male working closing Friday July 24th at the N Decatur Road location and it was in retaliation for us ordering food at 8:15pm before the store closes at 9. Additionally, he was rude and dismissive, sitting down and on his personal cellphone. I am interested in knowing if any follow-up on this employee’s conduct would be possible. If he feels comfortable enough to tamper with our food and take our money for it, I would like him to take personal responsibility for that. If I performed that way at my place of work, I would be promptly fired.
