I want to recognize the gentleman who was working in the store today. He was completely on his own, handling an overwhelming number of orders without any help, yet he remained professional, calm, and hardworking the entire time.
I came in to pick up my online order, and despite how busy and overloaded he clearly was, he never once complained or showed frustration. He just kept working through everything with a great attitude and excellent customer service.
Employees like him truly deserve recognition. He handled an incredibly difficult situation with patience and professionalism, and I hope he gets the appreciation he deserves.

I came in with a few friends today and we just wanted to say a huge thank you to the man who was working today and prepared our lunch. He was the only employee there, working really hard to handle a busy lunch rush and still made great food. Give the man a raise Jimmy John’s!!
Really disappointed in the service here. I was very nice but the guy who made my sandwich for some reason did not want to put ANYTHING at all on it and was very hostile when i asked what add on options there were. really annoying not coming back
Omg..the worst onset headache..must have been some cross contamination with pork here at this location... This is my second time at a different JJs and again the food was disappointing... barely any meat on the bread...I was left with huge hunks of bread bc of the lack of meat... just poor quality subs.... However I gave this location 2 stars because the customer service was exceptional...the guys here were very nice and courteous... I don't blame the workers for the sandwich quality because I'm certain there must be rules on how much meat for each sandwich...JJs you should be shame and I wish I would d have taken a picture because the presentation of the sandwich prepared looked good but taste bland and huge hunks of bread left over is not the workers fault...
Second time second location..but never again!!!

I’ve now attempted to order from this Jimmy John's location three separate times, and every experience has been worse than the last.
The first time, we placed about a $60 order for our team—never received it. No delivery, no real follow-up, and instead of taking responsibility, they blamed Uber Eats and refused to issue a refund. Completely unacceptable.
I made the mistake of giving them another chance, thinking it might’ve been a one-off issue. This time, 30 minutes after placing the order, they called just to cancel it—claiming they were out of bread. How does a sandwich shop run out of bread during normal hours?
Across all attempts, communication has been poor and the attitude from staff has been even worse. There’s no sense of urgency, accountability, or customer service.
Being less than 2 miles away, this should be an easy go-to lunch spot for our team—but unfortunately, it’s been nothing but frustrating. Recommend avoiding.
