The app specifically gives you the option to order napkins, mayo packs and mustard packs, all of which I ordered -- but none of which were included when delivered. Also, the added avocado that they charge extra for was barely detectable on the sandwich. I also think they should consider having drink carriers for their beverages. I have no idea how the driver got my beverages from the car to the door along with the food.

The cashier makes an audible scoff at the amount and then mumbles "back of the line." If a certain tip amount is mandatory, why don't you just raise the price some more on your already overpriced sandwiches!! That is dang sure not the way to earn a good tip and not the way to earn business in general! I will NOT be coming back. There is a reason why chicken places with quality service stay slammed with customers while restaurants like this are empty.
