- BBBrianna BridgesDec 6, 20252.0Normally a good experience however I have a dairy allergy and didn't know one of the drinks had sherbet i ordered. When the associate gave it to me i verified it was dairy free and he said it has sherbert in it, in which i responded that's dairy so I need to exchange it out for a dairy free option. The associates all looked confused. A manager came over and told me they don't usually return anything but this time they will. (Thank you for this "exception)I have an allergy and sherbet is milk based. The manager told me some people don't consider sherbet a milk product. Corporate- please make your management take an allergy course and or food safety course because this is serious that I had to tell the manager that sherbet is milk based. There's an older gentleman that is usually so kind, so fast and makes great conversation but he was working in the back.

Shockingly, the manager did nothing but watch. Unacceptable behavior and lack of action from the staff. Avoid this location at all costs.

The way he was struggling to get it out the blender should’ve been enough to tell him im not going to be able to drink it. When I asked him to liquify it a little but more he told me to wait til it melts. 15 min later… I still cant drink it. Horrible customer service
