  I would give 0 stars if I could I witnessed a group of men cursing out a pregnant woman at Jamba Juice Lenox because her smoothie was spoiled. Shockingly, the manager did nothing but watch. Unacceptable behavior and lack of action from the staff. Avoid this location at all costs.

  I am utterly disappointed and appalled by the abysmal customer service I received at the Jamba Juice in Lenox Square. The staff's lack of regard for my concerns and their dismissive attitude left me feeling disrespected and unheard. When I discovered that the fruit in my smoothie was spoiled, I expected a simple resolution or at the very least, a courteous response. Instead, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of empathy. It is inconceivable to me how a reputable establishment could treat a customer, especially a pregnant woman, in such a callous manner. I had hoped for a pleasant and refreshing experience at Jamba Juice, but instead, I was met with disappointment and frustration. I will not be returning to this location and will be sure to share my negative experience with others. It is essential for businesses to prioritize customer service, and the staff at this Jamba Juice location failed miserably in that regard.

  The older white guy made my smoothie unnecessarily thick. The way he was struggling to get it out the blender should’ve been enough to tell him im not going to be able to drink it. When I asked him to liquify it a little but more he told me to wait til it melts. 15 min later… I still cant drink it. Horrible customer service
