  #the worse service I have experience!!! The server was rude! On her phone and forgot my order and had an attitude and when I had questions about the menu!!!!! Ooh a mandatory 20% for the WORSE SERVICE!!!! LETS STOP MAKING BAD SERVICE A NORMAL!!!

  Michelle was excellent! Even though she was behind the bar, she saw we needed service and came from.behind the bar to serve us. Great customer service and we appreciate her.

  Kam was our bartender (not a sever) and we had the best experience! You know how many JR CRICKETTS are in Atlanta so trust me when I say go out of your way to find this one and THIS bartender. It wasn’t just that her cocktails were incredible ( we ordered 6 of em 🥴🤭) but she made the entire experience a good one. We were acknowledged, entertained, upsold, checked on, and served WELL. Come see Kam and tip her well! First time being served by her and I made it a point to know her name. That says it all.

  Absolutely. Here’s the updated version with Kam: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped by JR Crickets on Cascade Road during happy hour today, and it was an awesome experience. The wings were great, but what really made the visit was our bartender/server, Kam. Kam made some of the best margaritas I’ve ever had—seriously, they were outstanding. I also tried one of the blue cocktails she made, and it was just as good. Every drink was perfectly mixed. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. On top of that, she had a great personality, was fun to talk to, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Great food, incredible drinks, and top-notch service. Kam is a huge asset to JR Crickets. She turned a good meal into a great experience, and that’s the kind of service that keeps people coming back. I’ll definitely be returning, and if you’re stopping by, do yourself a favor and ask for Kam—you’ll be glad you did!

  My husband and I were waiting for some repairs to our car so we stroll to JR Cricket and I was pleasantly surprised great music playing and our waiter was engaging with the customers while giving individual attention food was great and I told my daughter that we are going back truly a gem .Soooo get out and check the diamond in the ruff Cascade is still on the map
