  I came here, what I thought was a sports bar, to watch a playoff baseball game and was told “we are a football bar, we will not be playing baseball.” I had a group of 14 people joining me. We went to Fado instead, stayed for 4 hours and our tab was nearly $3,000 (baseball fans like to drink 😎). Our group will continue to go to Fado for all playoff baseball games going forward and since there are many, many games left through October I’ll let Hudson management do the math on how much money they’ll be losing out on.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We chose Hudson Grille Midtown to host my mom’s surprise 60th birthday party, and it was the perfect venue for our private event! We worked with Giovanni, who helped us organize everything and made the entire process so easy. The event turned out amazing! The space was nice, the food was good, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. We chose the buffet option, and our package included servers and a bartender, which made everything run smoothly. They had great food and drink options, and the pricing was very reasonable for everything that was included. Valet parking was $10. You do still park your own vehicle, but it wasn’t a bother at all. Overall, we had a wonderful experience celebrating such a special milestone. I would definitely choose Hudson Grille Midtown again for a future event. Great service, great options, good food, and a great value. Two thumbs up! 👍🏾👍🏾

  I’m a restaurant manager myself, so I understand that hospitality can be demanding and that things happen. However, my experience at Hudson Grille was disappointing and, in my opinion, fell short of basic customer service expectations. Upon arrival, the bartender, Bre, took over five minutes to acknowledge us. When we asked about the current lunch specials, she stated that she hadn’t looked over the menu and therefore couldn’t provide us with the information. Throughout our interaction, whenever we asked questions, her responses came across as dismissive and uninterested. I did bring the interaction to the attention of the manager, Danny. Unfortunately, the response was also very nonchalant and dismissive, and there was no apology or acknowledgment of the poor experience. As someone who works in hospitality, I understand that customer service starts with making guests feel acknowledged, welcomed, and valued. Even if there is an issue, how management handles the situation can make all the difference. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to reinforce the importance of hospitality, communication, and accountability with the team.

  Wings are very good, service was good as far as our waiter. However, we arrived 15 minutes before the Bama game while OSU was blowing out their weak opponent. The hostess said we could take a hightop for 8 since OSU game was almost over. After getting seated, a manager came out and said we had to leave until the OSU game was over. She was very bossy and rude. We moved to the back room until the OSU game was over. After that it was fine but the managers attitude was uncalled for.

  The downstairs was packed. It was a football day for Ga Tech so that is understandable. We put our name in for a table. It was terribly hot downstairs so we went to the upstairs area to check that out while we waited. Then we got upstairs. It was nice and cool and only about half the tables were being used and there were about 8 empty seats at the bar. We sat at the bar to try to get a beer while we were waiting for our table and the bartender refused to serve us because we were Tennessee fans. I genuinely thought she was kidding. She wasn’t. Then she went on to say that the upstairs was for an Alabama watch party, but there were no signs stating that anywhere, and it was only about half full. The president of the Alabama watch party group was so very kind and told me no problem to grab a beer and wait for my table. However, the bartender still refused to serve us bc we were not Alabama fans. It was unbelievable, rude and ridiculous.
