Just a little disappointed in overall customer service. While although the specials were affordable they were of extremely very low quality, like extremely low quality and we didn't drink at all. I would have expected to not have to pay for piss poor quality drinks (frozen is like powder) however unfortunately we did. Lesson learned. Food was okay and waitor was kind. Downtown location near dome...

When we arrived the hostess started to seat us, but sat the people that came in after us instead. Then she helped someone else with a self service order. Someone else saw us just standing there and seated us.
I had the turkey avocado melt and tator tots and they were both awful. The tots were REALLY old and hard. We asked for new ones which came out fresh, mostly. There were still stale tots mixed in with the fresh ones. The sandwich had really cheap ingredients. The turkey was just a few thin slices of what looked like the same pre packaged grocery store Oscar Mayer lunch meat you put in your kid’s lunch. The bacon was paper thin like McDonald’s. The price was reasonable, but the quality was cheap and disappointing.

You would think if you have zero customers in the restaurant durning lunch hours you would give the only customer in there the best service and food . I came in and waiting an extra 30 minutes for my pick up order I work in the area and I was on my lunch break so I decided to order ahead of time. When I received my food and checked when I got back to my office it was completely burnt obviously burnt , now I’m sitting here with no time left hungry until I get off of work totally unacceptable. The manager also didn’t even ask me when I walked in have I been taking care of . Or to check after I had been waiting for a while . I would never give someone food looking like this .

Came here to eat while we were on vacation. The service not that great. I ordered nacho's and asked for no raw onions. Still had raw onions, my sons steak was tough and bland and was only given a plastic fork and knife. My husbands food was bland as well. The fork was bent trying to pick up the steak. When we asked for the check the cashier told me that even though we were a party of they have to add a 20% gratuity because our order was over $100. Never heard that before, but it was included on the final bill. I was over it we paid and left. I don't think I'll visit this spot again.

My experience at Hudson Grille was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The service was extremely slow from start to finish. Our food arrived cold, our beer was warm, and it took far too long to get anyone's attention throughout the meal.
To make matters worse, our party of only four people was charged an automatic gratuity despite the poor service we received. Tipping should reflect the quality of service, and in this case, the service was unacceptable.
During our visit, homeless individuals were approaching tables and attempting to take items, which made the experience uncomfortable and raised concerns about customer safety. Staff did not appear to handle the situation effectively.
After our visit, I called several times over the course of several days asking to speak with a manager. None of my calls were returned. I finally sent an email to District Manager Russ Adams, hoping someone would address my concerns, but I never received a response from him either. The lack of communication and customer service after the fact was just as disappointing as the experience in the restaurant.
Overall, between the slow service, cold food, warm drinks, automatic gratuity for a party of four, poor customer service, and lack of management follow-up, I cannot recommend Hudson Grille. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that value their customers and provide a much better dining experience. I would strongly suggest spending your money elsewhere.
