  Chicken wings were tough and not crispy. Tater tots were good and the caprese chicken sandwich was very good. Service was awesome too

  Mercedes was the definition of hospitality. Being from out of town, she made me feel like this is home. Thank you to the establishment for making this experience amazing. Will always return to this restaurant when I’m in town as long as Mercedes is here.

  I've never had a bad experience in this place. The staff are very intune with their customers and give the best service.

  I visited this restaurant for the first time while I was out of town, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The bar area appeared to be short-staffed, and the bartender who took my order seemed overwhelmed from the beginning. I clearly explained my order, but it came out incorrectly. When I mentioned that she seemed overwhelmed and that I simply wanted my food prepared correctly, her response and attitude toward me felt very unprofessional. My food was brought back out less than two minutes later. I asked if the wings had been freshly prepared, and I was told that they had simply been put back into the grease. One order was supposed to be plain, but the first time it came out with garlic Parmesan seasoning. The second time, the wings looked as though the seasoning had simply been wiped off rather than the order being properly remade. I was also uncomfortable with how long the bartender was in the kitchen after I expressed my concerns about the food. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable eating it, so I chose not to. I do want to acknowledge that the security guard was very kind and patient, and I also noticed another bartender who was friendly and attentive to her guests. I honestly wish she had been the person taking my order. This was my first visit to the restaurant, and unfortunately, it will likely be my last. I came in excited to enjoy some good wings, but instead I left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable with the way I was treated. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Customer service is especially important when a restaurant is busy or short-staffed. Employees should be able to remain professional and respectful under pressure. I would encourage management to make sure staff are properly trained to handle customers and stressful situations in a professional manner. Overall, this was an unpleasant and disappointing experience.

  Awesome service from our server, she was delightful, friendly, funny and didnt mess up any of our orders. I wanted midtown sunset and it wasnt showing in her menu so she found a way to make it happen! Food wait time was short and tasted great!
