    Food is decent but the staff is unpleasant and extremely distracted by friends that are just "hanging out" in the restaurant.

    Fuimos a por unas pizzas para cenar y estaban muy buenas, a un precio correcto. El ambiente hasta llegar allí no fue el más seguro para un turista que va a las 21 de la noche.

    There's a young lady working on the night shift today wearing glasses and have locks in her head she was very very rude to me and kept repeating the total like I'm slow or hard of hearing while I was getting ready to pay for my order she keep saying $16.28 she said it so many times that I started to get angry about the situation. I have been here many times before so I already know what the total was for the everyday special. I wasn't rude to her and only made a simple conversation statement to her saying that she must have just started working at this location because I had never seen her before. I have never had any problems with any other employee and I have been a good regular customer since y'all had the location across from the varsity. But this young lady is very very rude and she doesn't have any kind of customer service skills. I can see if I came in and was rude to her or keep asking her for the total. But I had my money payment in my hand and I was just going in my bag for the 28 cent since my total was $16.28 and it was on the register screen plain as day for me to đź‘€ also. But her attitude is very stink and I would appreciate it if someone could have a very serious talk with her regarding this situation and I'm sure that y'all cameras are working so everything should be on camera so the truth will be revealed.

    I visited this restaurant on 5/31/2026 while in town from Michigan to take my daughter to a concert, and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. After waiting about 40 minutes for my order, I checked the food in my car and found that the fries were old, the wings were cold, and the sandwich was dry. This was surprising because I heard staff tell another customer that orders take 20 minutes because everything is cooked fresh. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with Yolanda, who told me to bring the food back. When I asked if I would have to wait another 40 minutes, she said yes. I asked for a refund instead, but she said she didn’t have authorization or know how to process one. I went back to the restaurant anyway. When I arrived, she called someone from the back—who I believe was the cook—and he told me he could “warm it up in the microwave.” That alone was unprofessional and unacceptable for food that was supposed to be freshly prepared. I waited another 20–30 minutes while Yolanda tried to reach a manager or owner but couldn’t get an answer. She kept my original receipt, told me to take a picture of it, and instructed me to call the next morning. The next day, I spoke with Tara around 2 PM. She said she would look into it and call me back, but I never received a return call. When I called again, and spoke with Rebecca who gave me the owner’s email, which I used to send a detailed message. I received no response. On 6/2, I called again since no one had replied to my email. Each time I called from my number, the call was picked up and ended. I then called from a different number, the call was answered immediately. I spoke with Tara again, and she told me she couldn’t issue a refund because it didn’t happen on her shift. When I asked if she had contacted the owner, Crystal, she said she had and assumed it would be handled. When I asked what Crystal said, she hung up the phone. At this point, I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue. I left the entire order at the restaurant along with the original receipt as directed by Yolonda and have a photo of it. The food was not edible, the staff could not or would not resolve the issue, and the communication was unprofessional at every step. Still haven’t received my refund and no reply from Crystal to handle this issue This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

    Very friendly woman at the counter handling orders and take out. Food was hot, fresh, and tasted great. Only real complaint is the 5% service fee added to my total bill, with no explanation for what it is or what it's for. Pretty sneaky, especially when you don't see it when you order online.
