They have the BEST tasting crust and pizza in my opinion. Definitely check them out. They have definitely been popping up around GA and the one on 14th St makes delicious food. The customer service is mid. Sometimes staff is friendly and welcoming, but sometimes they just to the point and just seem like they don’t want to be there. Just calling it as I see it. I go pretty frequently. The desserts were alright but nothing spectacular. I have to try the pasta and other items. I just had the pizzas. The wings are decent too. Overall this is a good company! Usually pizza places in Atlanta area are very MID and not tasty. They definitely taste bettet than Fellini’s pizza. No disrespect. Will add some pics, I always forget to take since we eat the pizza so fast!

Angel, the manager, truly lives up to her name! She provided outstanding customer service and made us feel so welcome. The food was delicious, and the overall experience was excellent. Great customer service, great food, and a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend this place!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order but it was never delivered. Despite paying for my food, I received neither my order nor a refund.
I personally spoke with the owner of the store ( A very rude and disrespectful “owner” who has the audacity to call themselves running any form of a business - they need some customer service training. I have attempted to resolve this matter, yet I remain without both the food I paid for and the refund I am owed.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue all available remedies, including disputing the charge with my bank or card issuer and filing complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies, if necessary.
There was a discrepancy with the app order, but staff was professional and fixed it quickly. That's a welcome change. Most franchises are unaware of the incompetence and sometimes overtly rude behavior that's dished out to customers when there is a problem with an app order they've already paid for. Bonus points to Goodfellas.
