  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar exceeded every expectation! My family and I drove four hours to celebrate my mom and dad’s birthdays and their wedding anniversary, and I can honestly say it was worth every mile. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and appreciated. Seeing our table beautifully prepared with a Happy Anniversary card and Happy Birthday cards was such a thoughtful touch that made our celebration even more special. The food was absolutely delicious, every dish was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. What made the evening truly unforgettable, though, was the exceptional service. Our server, Jenee S. was amazing! She was warm, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She checked on us throughout the evening and ensured our food came out promptly. A special thank you to Mr. Kenneth J. as well. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until after we left. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about creating such a memorable experience, but that’s exactly what we found at Fleming’s. Thank you to everyone who made our family’s celebration so special. We left with full hearts, full stomachs, and wonderful memories. We will absolutely be back, and I highly recommend Fleming’s to anyone looking for incredible food, outstanding service, and an experience that makes you feel like family.

  First, I had to leave a review the next day because I was feeling so good! It was my BIRTHDAY! Diana, my bartender and YES, SERVER WAS AWESOME! I SWEAR if you hug her bubbles and smell good would ooze off of her. Just a ball of light and sunshine! They treated me so well. My ribeye was cooked to perfection and my drinks were divine. Also, try the truffles made in-house! I saved the other 3 for today!!!! Thank you Fleming's, for making my birthday memorable! 🤗 Oh, I was on "CLOUD 9", Pun intended!

  Although I am not really a huge steak eater, I was at this restaurant for a birthday celebration. The party consisted of two couples on a Sunday evening. The menu consisted of the expected constellation of choices with premium pricing, but there was one entree designed for sharing between two people for under $100 and was a huge display of delicious food for under $50 per person. Most importantly the host, server, and manager were truly gracious and welcoming (not just in the “pretend to be nice” way) and the manager even brought over a lovely gift for each of the ladies in the party. In all, we had a memorable evening and would not hesitate to dine there again.

  I had a wonderful dinner with my partner and our child Our waitress, Andrea, truly went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable for our whole family. She was attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly accommodating throughout the evening. What stood out most was how considerate she was toward our baby. She proactively brought extra plates and utensils and even suggested sides from the menu that would be suitable and easy for our baby to eat. Those small touches made a huge difference and allowed us to relax and enjoy our meal. Exceptional service like hers is what turns a great steak dinner into a memorable experience. It’s super challenging to find a place we feel comfortable having dinner with our child but we will definitely be returning!

  You missed the mark big time this visit. My wife and I patronize Fleming’s regularly. Especially for special occasions. On yesterday we visited for a premium dinner and outing for Father’s Day. My mother in law who lives with us was recently put into in home hospice at our home. Needless to say it’s been very frustrating and challenging for my wife in particular. She really needed this break to clear her head. We’re not strangers to upscale dining but we’re not very demanding. In fact we’ve never sent food back even if not 100% satisfied. Unfortunately on yesterday the chef just couldn’t get the steaks right. Both our steaks came out way past the requested temperature. I reluctantly sent mine back. My wife tried to eat hers anyway. She eventually had no choice but to send her steak back also. It was just not eatable. I had steak and lobster. My lobster was brought to the table without the melted butter. I didn’t get the butter until my steak was returned which still wasn’t correct but I just kept it. My wife’s replacement steak which was supposed to be a medium well filet was so undercooked that there was blood all over the plate. She had to send it back again to cook more. Other than the salad and appetizer we did not get to eat at the same time. I must say that the manager did comp the steaks and offered dessert and we appreciate that. We declined the dessert. Our experience was not so great but our server (Chase) did a sufficient job so I tipped him based on what the original bill should have been.
