We celebrated my husband’s birthday at Fleming’s last night, and once again, the experience was AMAZING!!! It has been a few years since our last visit, and I’m happy to say nothing has changed, the service is still unmatched and the food is excellent. From the hostess to the servers, staff members checking in on us, and even the leadership team, everyone made us feel welcomed and provided such a personal experience. We received personal photos taken from the staff to take home with us, a birthday card for my husband, and free champagne. Our waiter, Hunter, was awesome—attentive, personable, and made our celebration even more special. Fleming’s continues to set the standard for great food and top-notch service. We will definitely be back! 5 stars all the way!

Reading the reviews on Fleming’s made me want to give them a try, so I ordered on Ubereats….I was highly disappointed! I ordered their French dip with fries, but there were literally only about 8 fries they provided with the sandwich and some were half sized. Kid you not, the picture below is exactly how the sandwich with fries looked when I received it. They charged about $15 for small portion of chipotle cheddar Mac & Cheese and the Caesar salad was not a good portion and barely had any prosciutto. I will be avoiding the upcoming midtown location if it’s anything like the perimeter one. Cannot tell me that food prep people didn’t notice little amount of fries and salad 8/28 FOLLOW-UP post from the 8/27 post above: I see I got the standard response management sent to show others who run across review that they attempted to address and/or respond. I already gave enough details in the above review so not repeating it, but I did send a quick note via the address they provided in response for guest services. Long story short - DO BETTER Fleming’s! Maybe show pic and ask your food prep or kitchen management from that night what were they thinking especially the little amount of fries provided.

Extremely disappointing experience. We had an 8:15 p.m. reservation but did not leave until after 11 because everything was delayed. Our server, Timothy, provided service that fell far below what we expected. We waited nearly an hour for bread and appetizers, and my Diablo Shrimp arrived cold.My Wagyu steak was ordered medium but first came well-done. The replacement arrived after everyone else had finished eating and was rare and severely undercooked. My Brussels sprouts were cold, and my spouse’s sea bass arrived without its broth, which came 10 minutes later. We repeatedly had to request water and other basic service.Despite all these issues, no manager came over to apologize or check on us. I have visited Fleming’s locations across the country, and this was nowhere near the service or quality expected at this price point.

We chose Fleming’s Dunwoody for a birthday dinner because the birthday girl loves Fleming’s and has had great experiences at other locations while traveling. Unfortunately, this experience was nowhere near what we expected. We had an 8:15 reservation for a party of eight and were seated around 8:20. We didn’t get bread until 9:38, after asking several times, and our entrees didn’t come out until after 10:00. Drinks took forever, appetizers were delayed, sides were missing, one person never received her salad, and two steaks had to be sent back because they were overcooked. The food that was prepared correctly tasted good, but some of it wasn’t even hot when it reached the table. Our server told us he was new, and I can understand someone being new and still learning. What I don’t understand is how management allowed him to struggle through a party of eight without stepping in. We were there for almost three hours and not one manager ever came to our table to check on us or acknowledge what was happening. They did give us complimentary champagne, which was appreciated, but honestly, we didn’t want free champagne. We wanted the food and drinks we ordered and the level of service you expect when you’re spending $100–$200 per person at a fine-dining restaurant. An 8:15 reservation turned into us leaving after 11:00. For the price point and the Fleming’s name, the overall experience was extremely disappointing.

Kaitlyn was our server. You can tell she's been in the industry for some time. She knows how to do her job and great at having short but meaningful conversations. There were two managers and I forgot their names and although the food was not that great, they tried to have the chef make it right. We appreciated that. This is definitely a spot to go to for cocktails. The food was way too salty and the salmon was dry the first time, but they did prepait again. We sais we'd takw it home and remix and make a chicken and seafood salad out of it. For the price, they should eith have a nore experienced chef or bring the prices down.
