  Cheese Burger was tasty and fresh. The quality on the need is good. Great staff. Loud music inside which makes it hard to hear service staff when ordering. Interior details are strange, white walls and sterile. Feels like being inside a WC... The restaurant has tables outside with view towards the walking street so that is nice. Five guys fries size is huge. Next time I will order only the burger.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the Five Guys on Peachtree Street tonight. I placed my online order specifically for the BOGO Friday promotion and waited approximately 25 minutes before even arriving at the restaurant for my order to be prepared. Once I arrived, I then waited another 40 minutes inside a very crowded restaurant—standing around, snacking on peanuts, and waiting for an order that was originally supposed to be ready at 9:08 p.m. After approximately 65 minutes total, I was finally told that I had apparently placed the online order incorrectly for the BOGO promotion and that they would not honor the deal. By that point, the restaurant was closing. I spoke with the manager on duty, Ms. Bridgett Carson, and explained what had happened. Despite the amount of time I had already spent waiting, she decided not to honor the BOGO promotion and told me there was nothing she could do. I also did not feel that she was particularly interested in hearing what I had to say about the situation. That is what really killed it for me. Mistakes happen. I understand that an online promotion may have specific ordering requirements. But allowing a customer to spend more than an hour waiting for an order and then offering no reasonable resolution whatsoever is incredibly disrespectful of that customer’s time. I remained kind throughout the interaction, but I found the response from management defensive and dismissive rather than solution-oriented. After a long day at work, I had already spent nearly an hour inside a packed restaurant waiting for food. At minimum, I expected some acknowledgment of the inconvenience and an effort to make the situation right. I’ve loved Five Guys, but this experience genuinely ruined the brand for me. I’m done with Five Guys. If this is how management chooses to handle a customer who has waited that long during one of the company’s promotions, I would rather spend my money somewhere else. For anyone considering this location, particularly during a BOGO promotion, I would be prepared for a significant wait and would make absolutely sure the promotion has applied correctly before spending your time waiting for the order.

  When ordering the server got the drinks order wrong. Despite asking to correct this, when the milkshake finally turned up it was wrong Food took around 20 minutes. Despite being the only people in the restaurant. However ordering online that clearly took priority and had multiple riders turn up for food Once we got food, despite ordering Cajun fries we got plain fries and they where less than impressive Would not recommend

  Ordered Cajun fries got plain. Waited 20 minutes for a simple grilled cheese. Also my milkshake order was wrong Would not order from here again. Regret tipping this horrific service

  We live in the midtown area but first chance to visit this location. Similar with others’ positive reviews and experiences, we had the same tonight. We were greeted quickly, order placed, and burgers, fries and a milkshake (that we split) were prepared very quickly. Thank you for the great service, and we’ll certainly return soon.
