It can get crowded and takes quite a bit of a time for the food to prepare so not the best option if you’re in a rush to your next destination.

When I made a small change to my order (no ketchup), another employee reacted in a way that felt unnecessarily intense, and the cashier made an odd comment about “going to jail,” which didn’t make sense. On top of that, the restaurant was not clean, especially for that time of day. The drink station and dining area needed attention. Overall, the service and environment didn’t match what you’d expect, especially in a busy airport location.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
