Rude and disrespectful staff. They were making fun of me out loud, clearly thinking I wouldn’t understand what they were saying because they assumed I didn’t speak English well.

Five guys in an airport. I had five guys in other places where the hamburger was twice as thick. What I got at the airport was very disappointing.

We ordered fries and the veggie sandwich. For the fries, we politely asked the cashier the difference between regular seasoning and cajun seasoning. The cashier looked at us blankly and shrugged her shoulders while snarkily saying, "How am I supposed to know?". She didn't make any effort to figure out the difference, she didn't even ask someone else. Then we asked her how big is a serving of fries. She again gave a blank look, and after a few seconds said, "I guess it is enough for two people". Her attitude was extremely unproffesional. The fries were nice but the veggie sandwich was soggy and didn't taste good. For a price like this we deserve much better.

I came here last night (August 6th, 2026) to the Five Guys in Concourse C after Varasano’s pizza in concourse A ignored us/ refused to serve us and Great Wraps! (also in Concourse A) ruined my wrap by putting ingredients on it I requested be left off, making it inedible. I had not eaten since that morning and our flight was super delayed getting into ATL, so my husband and I were both ravenous. All I wanted was some fries. At this point I was over being treated like crap by the employees at the airport (looking at you, Varasano’s and Great Wraps) and it was after 2200 (10 pm), probably closer to 2230 so I figured these employees would probably also be mad at me for daring to bother them so close to close. I couldn’t have been more wrong. **As a side note, the sign said they’re open til 2300 (11 pm).** These employees were PHENOMENAL!!! First off, there was a MASSIVE gathering of people all waiting for food - like 20+ people waiting, and these guys were busting out orders so quickly. I’m talking about 3-4 orders coming out every couple of minutes! They were putting in the work!!! No one complained. No one was rude. They had WAY more customers than Great Wraps or Varasano’s did combined (see my separate reviews on those 2 places) and I did not see ANY of these employees being rude or nasty to their customers. They were moving with purpose, just busting out orders left and right. The guy calling out the orders was kind of funny as well. Thank you to the staff at Five Guys, Concourse C for all of your hard work and kindness towards us. A lot of us travelers had multiple delays in getting home which landed us at the airport much later than we wanted. Your kindness, empathy, and hard work did not go unnoticed. I commend you for your positive attitudes and your dedication to doing your jobs to the best of your ability, even when you were so busy. You guys were the best part of that airport last night!! Thank you again!!

It's 5 Guys.
It's what you would expect, which is a good thing.
The food was delicious. The hamburger is so large that God himself has nearly made man suddenly relearn a bunch of new languages again.
The employees were prompt, efficient and professional.
The atmosphere? It's an airport. It's in the Atlanta airport too, which definitely makes not a place to take your date (if you are one to take your date to visit 5 Guys).
The dining area is quite small though.
Anyway, satisfying and enjoyable.
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.
You can read more about the story of Five Guys at www.FiveGuys.com!

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment. The bags allow air to circulate better, so fries stay fresh during delivery and takeout. Same portions, same great fries – just smarter packaging that’s also better for the environment.
