When you are at the airport you expect a long wait etc. The servers were unbelievably rude. I got yelled at for asking for a napkin after waiting for 25 minutes for a bagel sandwich which was made terribly. The way customers were treated was shocking. I watched it for 25 minutes no wonder they ask for the tip before service.

Considering the wait was an hour, I expected the food to be fresh. I ordered a turkey, sausage and cheese on asiago bagel sandwich. With coffe, this was $16!! This had to be the driest bagel I have ever had in my life. You have order from kiosk so all hands should have been prepping food. Not. Then they had nerve to ask for a tip at payment which I added. Concourse D at Hartsfield needs to have another option. This was a poor experience. Never again. Update: I requested a remake of the sandwich. The staff's response was less than professional but the young lady did remake the sandwich. It was better. But I will not return to this store again. There are too many options in the airport to deal with this.

This is the worse!!! The menu that was displayed didn’t match the order board, when asked about a few select sandwiches I was told they were out. I then just ordered a farmhouse begal. Then after placing my own order from t try their shitty kiosk, they asked for a tip!!! For what? Me doing the work. After another 20 minute wait for my food the gave me my sandwich on a plain begal, not the cheese hash brown bagel. When I b aaaked about this I was told they have plain begal. The ingredients on this sandwich were horrible quality. Instead of the Farmhouse they should call it the Pighouse. This place sucks. Sav red your time, money & aggravation and eat somewhere else.

I ordered the Farmhouse sandwich, and they didn't have most of the ingredients in stock, so they just didn't put them on the sandwich and sent out the order as it was. I went back to request the sandwich be made properly or refunded, and both the employee who made the sandwich and the manager unapologetically did nothing about it. In addition to that, my wife got a much more simple sandwich, paid for the upgrade to an asiago bagel, and was given a nearly cold plain bagel sandwich.

This has got to be the worst Einstein location I've ever been to. Either they truly never have anything in stock to be able to prepare the sandwiches, or they don't order inventory the way they're suppose to for the week. Every time I've gone they don't have the bread for the all nighter or the chipotle aoli and the only drink option is the hot coffee. No iced coffee, no mocha, nothing. On top of that one time I waited 20 minutes for my order, had to ask about it twice, and when I finally did get my order, it was wrong. They don't even tell you "where out of this or that" so you can change your option based on what they have available. This location needs to do a lot better and at least have one person handling the register to be able to communicate things like what's in stock and what's not. Instead we have to wait until we have the order in our hands to find out theyre out of essential ingredients.
