  Worst egg cheese and bacon bagel sandwich I’ve ever had. Bagel and egg were dried out. Cheese slice wasn’t melted and sandwich was luke warm.

  They have nothing that is on the menu screens available. You have to order at a computer screen and the workers completely ignore you. Awaited 20 mins and didnt get anything but a plain bagel with cc.

  I am not a typical person to leave a one start review, but this Einsteins was to be honest a mess. There was only an option to order it yourself on a tablet thing, and one was broken. When questions were asked the staff was not very helpful with finding solutions when they arose. As the line wrapped down around the corner, I got my bagel and it was not up to the normal par of einsteins. Tasted like it was made yesterday and heated up. I waited in line for 40 minutes and was hopeful, since I usually love Einsteins! But unfortunately on this trip it missed the mark big time.

  Waited 30 mins in line only to get to the front to self order and no plain cream cheese at a bagel place. And the employees were not to urgent, friendly or concerned to work. Certainly not interested in letting the long line that snaked past two other restaurants that they were out of a basic ingredient like cream cheese nor did they have what they were advertising the brisket sandwich. Poor mgmt and poor training here

  Einstein used to be one of the best bagel places. I guess this is why you don't see them much anymore. Rates as one of the top 5 WORST breakfast bagel sandwiches I've ever tried to eat. Threw out most of it cold eggs, no "pepper shmear" untoasted bagel(ordered toasted) cream cheese instead. Cold bacon. Basically inedible crap. Shame. Where's Einstein???
