- SDStephanie DyarMay 12, 20263.0The food and service was great but the store seemed a bit disorganized and unclean. The bathroom was not acceptable and need to be not only cleaned but repaired as well. The toilet rocks, the door had hanging toilet paper on it and the floors and sink were gross.

The guy rang up $5.99 and then added $1.19 or whatever for extra cheese. Did he get confused or did it intentionally? I don’t know but what other stupid things are they doing here, though?

They replaced the 1 wrong bagel and I ate the 1 wrong cheese, but this reminded me why I don't go to Einstein's that much, cause it's just not that good. Poor bagels at a store that SPECIALIZES in bagels!
