  Absolutely — here’s a firm but professional review you can post: I’ve had repeated bad experiences at the Dunkin’ on Spring Street in Atlanta, and after my most recent visit, I won’t be returning. I walked in and politely said hello, but the employee looked directly at me and did not greet me, acknowledge me, or attempt to take my order. I waited briefly, but the lack of basic courtesy made me feel unwelcome, so I left and chose to spend my money elsewhere. Customer service does not have to be perfect, but a simple greeting and acknowledgment go a long way. I do not feel comfortable supporting an establishment where customers are ignored instead of treated with respect. Unfortunately, this location has lost my business.

  I come to this dunkin every morning because it’s the closest one to me with a drive through. Everyday i come they are rude. They never greet me if i say good morning or thank you. They always act like i am bothering them to the point i to Starbucks. I love Dunkin, but the rude service is such a turn off.

  WORST DUNKIN DONUTS EVER!! They don't know how to treat customers, they discriminate, and food is mostly STALE!! Go here and go to other coffee shops and you'll see. Most coffee shops understand why ppl come, this location just want to sell something to you and don't care about customer service AT ALL.

  My wrap had a HAIR in it! The entire staff is extremely rude and it is hard to not feel like it is racially motivated. I was dressed in business casual attire, said good morning when I walked in, and no one responded. Let alone looked my way. I had chosen to do an in-store order because I had to go to the bathroom. Mistakenly thought that I could verbally give my order, go to the restroom, come back out and wait for my food. Deduced that I had to put in my order on my own & did so from my phone & went to restroom (which was disgusting & smelled awful). Came out & stood by to go area. No one acknowledged my presence at no point in time. However when a white man came in, he was greeted with a loud and friendly “Good morning, how can we help you?”, took his order with no issue. I guess I missed the “WHITES ONLY” sign when I walked in. But they do a great job making sure that you know that you’re not welcomed there. Hopefully, for the safety of the local community, this location gets a visit from the health inspector in order to get back on course. Witnessed a few health code violations.
