  I had such a wonderful experience at this Dunkin’ thanks to two outstanding employees, Diallo and Aaron. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with genuine smiles and made me feel like a valued customer. Their customer service was exceptional—friendly, professional, patient, and efficient. It’s rare to come across employees who clearly take pride in their work and create such a positive atmosphere. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and their positive attitudes truly made my day. Dunkin’ is fortunate to have team members like Diallo and Aaron representing the company. They absolutely deserve recognition and, in my opinion, a raise! If every location had employees like these two, every customer would leave with a smile. Thank you, Diallo and Aaron, for reminding me that excellent customer service still exists. I’ll definitely be back!

  Always very nice workers since they opened! They're still doing training but I've never had any problems and they are vey communicative.
