It should not take that long to make an egg sandwich. Not a single one of their menu items is made in-house and several people place their orders and receive their food during the time I spend waiting, so I’m super confused about how that kept happening. This particular visit was over 40 minutes of waiting 🙃 and when I asked a worker how much longer I’d have to wait she gave me an attitude.

Ze doet wat koffie en melk in de opschuimer en maalt het enigzins warm. Dit is niet hoe cappuccino gemaakt moet worden. Dit is echt een slechte Dunkin. Het personeel is ongeïnteresseerd, langzaam, staan een beetje te lachen en kletsen maar weinig goed werk afleveren. Ook andere klanten moesten bestellingen verbeteren. Deze locatie heeft een stenge manager nodig.
