  if I could give them 0 stars I would. My family and I were headed on a road trip in a rush. Our order was simple 2 iced coffees and 3 ham & cheese croissants. Our croissants were completely burnt, our car smelled of smoke. When I inquired about new sandwiches, the manager told me if she cooked them less, they wouldn't be done in the middle. Not even offering an alternative food item or refund to make it better. I said ok fair, walked back to my car. Then, I realized I shouldn't eat something that isn't properly prepared so I went back and ask if I could purchase donuts. They told me no and suggested I should 'just get your money back and have a good day.' and I did just that. New management is needed but they won't have to worry about me coming back.

  I came to get some food at 12:20pm and they said they're not doing food, so like why are yall open? Then on top of that they take 10 min just to give out drinks... smh

  It’s so gross. They are sold out of everything and claim they don’t do pup cups…. Try the next Dunkin. This one should be closed down for sanitary reasons alone.

  If I can rate this store, a zero they would definitely earn that. This location is consistently poorly managed. They are frequently out of key menu items, including the Snackin Bacon, which is a popular item and should be readily available. There is no reasonable excuse for being out of core menu items at 9:00 in the morning. That reflects a clear failure in basic planning, preparation, and management at this location. I’ve visited this store six or seven times while working in the area, and the experience has been the same each time limited inventory, poor service, and unprofessional behavior. On my most recent visit, the manager failed to come out when requested, which only added to the frustration. In contrast, other Dunkin’ locations, such as those in Buckhead and on Peachtree st, consistently provide excellent service and keep items in stock. This highlights a clear issue with how this particular store is being run. At this point, I am very dissatisfied and will likely take my business to other locations unless there are noticeable improvements in both customer service and inventory management.

  Horrible service !!! Whoever the manager is needs to be replaced immediately! Terrible and has a very NASTY attitude!!! No wonder her workers act the way they do !? Whole crew and the MANAGER ESPECIALLY needs to be replaced!!!
