I get the same large iced coffee with vanilla every morning before work and this dark skin girl(sorry I don’t know her name) who I see basically every early morning always says good morning even if she’s busy and lets me know she’ll be right with me soon as I walk in. Nobody else greets me but her. I would like if the donuts tasted better but overall good coffee and good worker

The associate who took my order through the drive-thru headset was pleasant, professional, and got my order in quickly. When I arrived at the window, the young lady assisting me greeted me with a warm smile and outstanding customer service. Before I even had to ask, she made sure I had all the condiments and napkins I needed. As I drove away, she wished me a cheerful, “Enjoy your day!” with a genuine smile that really made my morning. It’s refreshing to receive customer service like this. Because of the excellent experience, I’ll definitely be returning to this location—especially on the weekends, since she mentioned that’s when she usually works. Keep up the great work!

I have asked about making hot food before and was told "they didn't want to since they were closing early" it was 3 hours before close. This place needs better management and better employees
