- AMAnu MalikaAug 14, 20261.0Both Jasmine’s were very sweet and accommodating, Tameka however was extremely rude while i attempted to order two shaken espressos she was extremely sarcastic and harsh with me and my friend when we tried to order Brown Sugar Shaken espressos stating that “oatmilk comes in it we don’t need to keep asking her for it”even though we stated it once, she also claimed she is only going to fill our drink halfway if i get less ice and that they didn’t carry non dairy milk options outside of drink that already came with it. Everyone else had great customer service and was pretty efficient i feel she has ruined me and my friends experience at this location qnd we will jot he coming back.

From the moment you walk through the door or pull up to the window, the energy is entirely different here. It’s fast-paced, highly efficient, and incredibly welcoming. But what truly elevates this Dunkin’ from a regular morning stop to a highlight of my day is Tyrone. Every single time we come in, Tyrone is an absolute rockstar. It doesn’t matter how long the line is, how early it is in the morning, or how chaotic the rush gets handles everything with the ultimate level of professionalism, genuine warmth, and an infectious positive attitude. He remembers his regulars, greets everyone with a smile that brightens your entire day, and makes sure every single order is crafted to absolute perfection. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he serves, and that kind of top-tier hospitality is incredibly rare these days. The rest of the staff clearly feeds off that amazing energy too. The food is always fresh, the iced coffee and lattes are never watered down or rushed, and the orders are always 100% accurate. They've handed me my drink twice with syrup or cold foam spilling off the side of the cup and no napkins. and when I ask for napkins.. they literally hand me only one
