- NCNiki CollierMay 25, 20261.0This morning, I purchased a hazelnut latte from Dunkin' that unfortunately tasted burnt and lacked the expected hazelnut flavor. Overall, the beverage did not meet my expectations. Despite repeated attempts to patronize Dunkin', I find the quality of their coffee consistently unsatisfactory. Improvements are necessary. Furthermore, the customer service at this particular location is consistently subpar; staff members do not offer greetings or engage with customers. Transactions are handled impersonally, with no verbal interaction beyond the exchange of payment and product. This morning, the individual who provided my coffee at the drive-thru window had their back turned to me, which reflects poorly on customer service standards.

I didnt see my food on the mobile pickup area and when I asked about it, at 1st they said they didnt see an order under my name and it hadn't come in yet. Then at 931 I exclaimed theres no way they hadn't got my order as it was PAST the pickup window. After much back and forth they finally actually looked at my order (I showed them my uber app) and then they said oh we already made that order and someone must have took it. My response was that they should have checked who that person was before letting them take a large order!! I had the proof of my order on MY app. I told them as unfortunate as it is, its not my fault that someone else took it and asked them to remake it. They kind of just flurried around and kept doing other tasks instead of helping. Then the manager lady had the nerve of saying its not THEIR problem that someone took my order and she refused to remake it. The manager did NOT offer me anything to make it right. She just told me I needed to call uber and have them cancel. Then she goes "we dont even have any more bagels to remake your order!" How the hell does a dunkin not have 12 bagels and its BEFORE 10am?? I explained that I had to leave with SOMETHING as my order was for a community service event for my church (which is directly across the street from the dunkin). After 20 minutes of nonsense I called uber support to get a refund but still ended up buying 2 dozen donuts as I didnt have time to go elsewhere. I was already running 20 minutes late to my church event which i coordinated. TERRIBLE business.
