After finishing work, I drove to the store to pick up my order. I had already waited about 30 minutes for it to be prepared. When I arrived, the employee told me that he had canceled my order because they were out of chicken. He claimed that he had called me, but I checked my phone and showed him that I had no missed calls. Instead of looking into the issue or trying to help, he refused to even look at my phone and told me to leave. I asked if he could simply make another pizza or let me change my order since I was already there. He refused and told me I had to place a new order online. I had already spent time waiting for my original order, and no effort was made to resolve the situation. The most disturbing part of the interaction was that the employee became disrespectful, called me names, and even showed me his middle finger. I have a photograph of him making that offensive gesture. I have always expected better customer service from Domino’s. I am requesting that this incident be investigated. I would appreciate an apology, an explanation of what actions will be taken regarding this employee’s behavior, and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and disrespect I experienced.
