- RHReggie HJun 13, 20261.0This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. There’s a dominos off Buford hwy, go there instead. I ordered a pizza for delivery and received a notification that it had been delivered, yet I never received my food. After calling the store, I was left on hold for nearly 10 minutes with no resolution, so I ended up driving to the store myself. Once I arrived, I explained the situation and was offered either a refund or a replacement pizza. Wanting the food I had already paid for, I chose to wait for the replacement. After sitting there for another 15 minutes, I went back inside to check on the status only to discover that my replacement pizza hadn’t even been made. No one had started it, no one updated me, and apparently no one cared enough to follow through. What made the situation even worse was the manager’s complete lack of empathy throughout the entire interaction. There was no apology that felt genuine, no urgency, and no attempt to make things right after wasting over an hour and a half of my time. Instead, I was left standing around wondering why I was being ignored after the store had already failed to deliver my original order. The issue wasn’t just the missing pizza—it was the incompetence, poor communication, and complete disregard for customer service. A process that should have taken 30 minutes turned into a frustrating 90-minute ordeal. If this is how customers are treated when the store makes a mistake, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

If you’re hungry, I would not recommend ordering from here. Even for one Pizza it has been one hour and 20 minutes and our driver isn’t even close.
