  Did I really just watch you make an employee remove toppings from a guy's bowl AND put it back on the line? People have allergies- such poor customer service.

  I'm not buying a cupcake for a dab of frosting. And I didn't come for sour cream & rice. Talking down to staff & removing meat from my nephew's bowl to show him how it's done did not impress me. Customer service with a smile & the proper portions bring repeat business. If your new staff outshines you this way, maybe he should have your job.

  Came here to get a burrito bowl and the server , a dude with several piercings on his face , seemed very impatient with me determining my order , almost as if i was keeping him from something . I wanted a simple order just bean rice meat and queso . When he got to my queso the tub was visibly practically empty and not being heated as the cheese was chunky . He proceeded to scrape the hard cheese and still plop it on my food . Seeing him scrape the bottom i asked if they had any more cheese . He proceeded to recite there would be an extra charge even though the cheese he applied to my food should not have even been served . Regardless i said i didn’t care and he said they had more cheese on the side . He took the plate of food waited til he thought i wasn’t looking look in a pot that was off to the side and came back with the same chunky hard Queso on my food should which clearly looked no different but given the effort he went through to not make my order well , i didn’t even call him on it as wasn’t worth the argument if he cared that little about his service .will never come to this chipotle again though cuz it’s too easy to provide good service and food standard . The employees just clearly don’t care so better to warn other customers than expect an improve by complaining . Expected the food was not enjoyable and I thru away and paid for the same order at another location . Completely dissatisfied.

  Lady was very rude. Made my burrito very aggressive and pushed the marker down so hard it ripped through the foil and wrote on my burrito. Saw it and didn’t say anything. Just threw it to the cashier. Very rude
