  The positive part of my experience was that the young lady who made my burrito was very sweet and friendly, barring the fact she had no clue what she was doing and had no training whatsoever. The little punk behind the register was a complete jerk. He never communicated with me once outside of grunts and nods. When I asked him a question, he just squinted his eyes like I was an idiot. When I asked if they had a manager that I could speak to, because he obviously didn’t know how to communicate, he finally spoke and said “We ain’t got one.” Yep. That was my experience. Take from it what you will.

  I ordered online and picked up my food from the restaurant. When I arrived, the employee told me she was going to make the order. However, when I got home and opened my bowl, it was missing several ingredients that I paid for. There was no lettuce, no extra corn I placed online, and no sour cream. The bowl looked incomplete and honestly pretty disappointing. It was dry. Barely any chicken, mostly rice. I paid for those items and expected to receive the full order. I’d appreciate a refund for the missing ingredients or for someone to make this right. Date of experience: Monday, June 15 at 10:00 PM.

  I really don’t like making reviews because I don’t like to complain, but I was at my son’s tournament and I really wanted chipotle so I wrote chipotle in the map and it brought me to this Chipotle when I walked in there was absolutely nobody upfront. somebody did tell me one moment I said OK thank you the gentleman came up from taking the trash out cause I literally watched him walk from the back door to the front. He did not wash his hands. He literally just put gloves on I asked if we can make quesadillas in the store because I know where we live. You have to order them online unless there’s nobody in line which there was nobody in And I asked him to put rice corn, the meat and cheese in there he was like if I do that it has to be a burrito. I’m like they allow me to do it where I live so I was just asking. It’s fine if you can’t so he couldn’t do that for me so I got the quesadilla anyways and put my rice and corn on the side. The corn is literally still frozen And if my son’s game wasn’t about to start, I would’ve came back up there, but the corn is like hard from where it’s like they didn’t let it sit out long enough how they’re supposed to.
