  This is the only location I’ve been to with portions this small. What made the experience worse was the unnecessary attitude from the girl serving at the front and the sly comments from the cashier and other boys after I brought it up. Instead of addressing a customer’s concern professionally, the interaction felt immature and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience from Chipotle.

  Unfortunately, the negative reviews about the staff are absolutely correct! I've been coming here for lunch a little over a year, and today was just the final straw for me. I only tolerated the rude staff at this place because it's close to my job, and it would be a hassle to park at the Perimeter Mall to get some Chipotle there. The people who work here have no notion of what customer service actually is. In the 12 month period buying food here, I received great customer service only ONCE! She was a young woman who was welcoming and friendly. I haven't seen her since, but I have experienced the awful service from one particular man. He's a tall dude who works on the line, and he has no manners whatsoever. The last straw was when he's serving my food in such a nasty and aggressive manner. I had to ask myself if I was begging for free food, or was I in line at a prison mess hall, or does he think he's serving food to dogs at a kennel! Just shoving the ingredients into the bowl like he's disgusted to have to serve it! I almost refused it and walked out, but I was pressed for time. The management needs to actually listen to their customers comments about the staff behavior at this restaurant, and not just respond to these reviews with a generic link into nowhere! They all need proper training in customer service, and better supervision! I'll deal with the hassle of going to the mall for lunch before ever coming here again.

  Really disappointed by my experience at this Chipotle location. One of the employees was openly disrespectful toward a customer because of his poor English and made him feel uncomfortable instead of helping him. Watching someone be mocked for struggling with the language was honestly upsetting and completely unacceptable. That kind of behavior is not what I would expect from Chipotle, and more importantly, it’s not how any person should treat another human being. Customer service should be based on patience and respect, not humiliation. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it appropriately.

  Ate my last meal from here the other day just over it I'm super nice every time, they don't speak or greet or even ask if you need help, stood waiting while they were sooooo busy helping 2 customers and still didn't ask after they finished, look like someone who work in the back back came and gave me my pick up order. I appreciate him and let him know. It's just sad to see the next generation with no business/communication skills, even if you don't apply it at your job. Your revenue is clientele.

  Chicken bowl with brown rice was terrible. The brown rice was not cooked properly and was very hard. This made entire bowl worst. Also, the chicken was hard to chew too. Hygiene standards are worst here. While I was picking up my food a side of sour cream cup on the counter fell into a sauce bowl. The employee throwed away that cup from the sauce bowl but didn't replace that sauce bowl. No value for the money.
