  Absolutely ridiculous experience at Chipotle and I’ve never once complained but I ordered a bowl and got what looked like a sample size. When I asked for a little more, the employee acted like I was asking for the entire restaurant. Every portion was ridiculously small, and I was barely getting any food in my bowl. I understand portion sizes can vary, but this was honestly embarrassing. I paid for a bowl, not a tasting menu. If I’m paying Chipotle prices, I expect to at least get a decent amount of food. Left feeling like I needed to stop somewhere else just to actually eat. Worst Chipotle experience I’ve had.

  Honestly, I had been going to this Chipotle since 2013, I know that everyone complains about portions and everything like that, but, if I find a business that I enjoy frequenting, I'll continue supporting it, this one experience was pretty awful and maybe reconsider that, I went to order a steak burrito and kindly asked if they were bringing out new steak as I saw some containers in the back that were freshly off the grill, the employee, gave me the harshest look as if I asked her to change my flat tire, she pointed at the scraps of steak at the bottom and said it's well done. Done. Just take that, I went ahead and I purchased the steak burrito, obviously it was disappointing, and I'm pretty sad because this was one of the brands. I really stood behind and championed and told all of my friends. Instead of eating fast food you should eat at Chipotle. Very sad and this will probably be my last experience at Chipotle

  Do not eat at this restaurant if you value your life. One of the employees put poison in my food. He specifically told the cashier that he wanted to make my quesadilla. He went to the back where I could not see him to make my food. I immediately got sick after eating there. He put some poison in my food and the cashier was down with it too. I filed a report on their website and a woman named Hannah contacted me and is now playing ghost games. She never answers the phone when I call her to discuss the incident. Chipotle does not value their customers' health.
