  Do not eat at this restaurant if you value your life. One of the employees put poison in my food. He specifically told the cashier that he wanted to make my quesadilla. He went to the back where I could not see him to make my food. I immediately got sick after eating there. He put some poison in my food and the cashier was down with it too. I filed a report on their website and a woman named Hannah contacted me and is now playing ghost games. She never answers the phone when I call her to discuss the incident. Chipotle does not value their customers' health.

  I think pickup orders should be placed in the designated pickup area instead of making customers wait, especially when there aren't even other customers in the store. The pickup shelf was completely empty, and the staff acted like I wasn't even there. I stood there waiting while they ignored me, and I eventually had to call out just to get my order. It made the whole pickup process feel disorganized, frustrating, and unwelcoming.

  Inside the restaurant is great. But you have to pass 20 or more bees at the door to get inside. Don't even think about eating on the back patio, bees are there as well.

  Definitely not the friendliest staff and the place was very dirty! Not one clean table so I had to wipe my table and food leftovers on the floor. Overall disgusting! It’s the worst chipotle I been to

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Chipotle tonight. I came in after the gym expecting the same great service I usually receive, but from the moment we started ordering until we checked out, the entire staff had poor attitudes. The employee making our bowls rushed us through the line, repeatedly asking what we wanted and then carelessly throwing the ingredients into the bowls as if he didn’t want to serve us. It made us feel like we were an inconvenience instead of paying customers. The experience only got worse at checkout. The cashier showed absolutely no enthusiasm, acted miserable, and when we asked for a fresh bag of chips, he literally threw the bag onto the counter instead of handing it to us. If you review the security cameras from approximately 8:55 PM on July 13, you’ll be able to see exactly what happened. As a loyal Chipotle Rewards member who regularly visits this location, this was incredibly disappointing. Customer service is just as important as the food, and tonight’s experience fell far below the standard I expect from Chipotle. If employees don’t want to provide basic courtesy and treat customers with respect, they shouldn’t be working in customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has been enough to make me decide that I won’t be returning to this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the professionalism and attitude of the staff.
