The staff was indifferent when I went through the line this evening to get toppings added to my burrito, the second guy on the line just simply rammed the spoon down into the bins and slung it on the burrito. Didn't even attempt to drain all the juice out of the salsa. Made my burrito nearly impossible to eat. As soon as I opened it up there was juice running out of the aluminum foil. It was a sloppy sack of crap! Overall everything was flavorless. It tasted like they just simply open up a can of corn and dumped it in the bin. The limited edition Al pastor chicken was bland. I haven't eaten at of Chipotle and in 4 or 5 years, I thought I would give them another chance. This is the last time I will ever eat there. Absolutely disgusting!

The old short guy in the middle I assume was upset bc I asked for extra corn and pico. I asked him do the red chimichurri sauce twice and he straight up ignored me. I asked for chips at the register and they were near the register which I didn’t realize, so I asked were they the large chips and he said just grab it in a rude condescending way. You’d think I was a regular at this location. These men have never seen me. I was warm and friendly and I don’t believe I deserved their bitterness. They shouldn’t be in customer service if they were so agitated that 1 single customer was in there line. Also the fajita veggies were undercooked basically raw. The food was overall lacking in flavor, and I’m sad I went to that location in the first place. Overall bad experience.

First they put my food in the wrong bag, so the customer in front of me ended up with my food. So then they remade my order and rushed the quesadilla so it was undercooked, and the cheese wasn’t melted. Then she didn’t even give me the time to order anything else like the bag of chips I wanted. After waiting that much time, there was no discount, nothing. This was the WORST experience ever will not be coming back anytime soon!
